I forgot two items at the fridge on the checkout date, I called the hotel couple dates later asking if they have it, they said no... Well It's kind of my fault can't blame the hotel, but they should have better Lost & Found service.

Excellent location. Restaurants, shops, local market, metro, bus stops are in the walking distance, bus A10 to the airport is just at the corner of the street opposite. My room has partial sea view which was a surprise! Staffs are polite and professional.

No service water. A water station in every floor could have been provided. It becomes inconvenient to go to 5th floor to buy water if we forget to carry one, waiting for the slow lift .

We did not have breakfast. Location is good if you take taxi and tram.

Room was very small and the beds were extremely hard, like sleeping on the floor. Towels were thin and small. The staff were very helpful though.

Located in traditional area of HK island, the hotel is surrounded by many tasty restaurants. What's more, there is a bus direct to the airport, just near the hotel, which means we don't have to suffer the high price of airport express. It's really convenient~

Convenient with lots of shops within the vicinity. Cafes, supermarkets, bakeries, medicinal shops, pharmacies are easily available.

The soft furnishings were a bit dated - ie chairs in the room. Construction work that was going on outside our window - very noisy in the mornings.

Location perfect for getting around the city and to harbour - very close to our family that we were visiting also

No busboys to help out with luggage.

Very convenient to cable cars and buses. Restaurants are around and close to stores and bake shops. Rooms are cleaned everyday with new towels.

We have stayed here many times and on this site there are many reviews from me . We like everything about this hotel but realise that not everyone likes an older hotel. We like the area with restauarants , the double suite prices and staff.

There is no hair conditioner 😭. There is space for front desk staff to improve their attitude. This hotel doesn't accept my Best Western membership, because I booked with booking.com, so I don't get my hotel stay rewards 😭. The location is good with easy to catch public transportation to attractions.

We stayed here as a family of 3 (parents with 4 year old) and found this to be suitable for us. Triple bed was key for us which is a rare find. Ensure you select non smoking room during your booking so you are on a non smoking floor. There are designated floors for smokers. As previously mentioned, rooms are old but clean. If you inspect closely, you will find stains on the ceilings and mold on the grout etc. However, everything else is clean enough. Beds are firm but this is typical of China hotels. Lots of storage and shelves in the room which made it easy for us to organised our clothes. Reception staff were friendly with us. We met housekeeping which were very friendly towards us and our daughter.

Nothing . We have stayed here about 10 times and are happy with the old condition of the hotel but if you want modern glass and aluminium , then chose another hotel.

This is an older hotel , probably about 25 years old, so it has larger rooms than new Hong Kong hotels . We stayed in a Superior Double suite which is a bedroom and living area separated by a sliding glass door, it is excellent value by Hong Kong prices. The area is full of restaurants which we like, Korean, Thai ,Malaysian, Vietnamese, Western (Feather & Bone opposite the hotel ) as well as different Chinese like Sichuan, Cantonese, Noodle shops, Dumpling shops and fast food chains . Excellent and tram bus service in the main Des Voeux road , and taxis/Ubers stop in Water Street alongside the hotel .

The interior is dated. There is no taxi drop-off in front of the main entrance.

It is in a good location, close to MTR and HKU. The restaurant provides excellent food though I have not had breakfast, but I have eaten there a few times.

Tram infront of Hotel and bus stop just across the street. Convenient travelling via public transport. Good bfast congee shop nearby. Hotel room big space n clean. Beds comfortable. Shower good

Lighting in room can be brighter. There’s construction at nearby site. Can hear heavy machinery before 8am on weekdays.

Location. Ease of access to airport bus, MTR, tram line is right in front of hotel and there’s plenty of food options near the hotel.

Near the metro and team station useful if want to travel by own .Grocery shops near by for daily needs .Decent rooms and good service .
