Manager really friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every day. Nice little room in great location . Great for price . Recommend and would stay again if in Hong Kong for sure.

Not very clean. Contact only by message and takes long to answer. One morning, very loud ladies (I suppose cleaning) talking in the hallway. Sometimes shower has no hot water.

Bed had space. No bugs. Space under the bed for baggage. Easy to enter, clear instructions.

Not easy to find if you are not familiar with Hongkong, late check in was a bit complicated as I could not find the mentioned message box, but in the end everything worked out

As much as I've said the above it was a little weird. The room was very small (reflected in price) and if you are over 5ft 5 tall you won't fit in the bed.

Secure and great location, good price if your travelling on a very tight budget. Felt very safe. Located in a residential block of apartments. Owner was not in when we arrived but contacted us to explain procedure and theres an old man on the door at the bottom of lift who was lovely. we also me two ladies who lived there who were so nice.If you want quirky then go for it, funniest place we ever stayed.

HORRIBLE experience, would rate 0 if possible. I stayed for 5 days and the wifi worked for the first 3 hours that’s it. I checked with the owner daily for 3 days and then gave up. No apologies whatsoever and her wresponses made it seem like I was bothering her. She could’ve at least asked if we wanted a small data pack. If you have to book here, prepare to do a credit card charge-back.

I really didn't have anything that I didn't like, other than you could hear some noise at night since it is on Jordan St. so if you're looking for a perfectly quiet place it might not suit you.

Everything was great, Zoey is a very friendly person and she will assist you with any questions you may have. The location is near Jordan station and very convenient. The room is small, but it doesn't feel that way since there are many mirrors inside the room. It was very comfortable for me.

This "LongWin Hostel" is not yet properly marked on Google.maps. It is best to use the address when looking for it.

Although my arrival time was given to the staff, the staff left earlier and only left a sign with WiFi and and What's App number (missing the regional phone prefix). I could only contact her with the booking.com app. I felt so bad standing there at 8 pm not knowing how to get in. After some time she wrote me how to get in. I asked about a PCR testing point days in advance and also the staff did not get informationen for me where to go (not so easy as a foreigner without a local telefonnumber and a local passport to get a test). The staff lady promised to help me the next day. I waited and changed my planes for the day to meet her. She never showed up. Would not stay there again.

The price was very good and it was totally ok for only sleeping.

I don’t know where to start.. no towels, no closet, no warm water, not cleaning service.. these are not things that would normally ruin our stay, but the size of the room is not okay. 2 people can not be in the same room standing up at the same time. I understand the space limitations in Hong Kong, but this room was far worse than other accommodations I’ve seen. No windows and no natural light. We were not comfortable and we do not recommend this place for anyone if you want to have a minimum of comfort.
