Made a mistake with booking.com as I needed to check out on 27th as my flight was that day; left message for booking.com to organise the credit; as hotel was happy with it as I informed them the day of check-in.

The Concierge was very helpful as nothing was no trouble

The all weather pool was not functional. There were communication issues. In the sense the hotel needs to inform that the free bus will take us to a station from where one could go to the airport.

The cleanliness and bus service to city centre is useful for guests. Room was of adequate size.

Is there a shuttle bus from hotel to Shatin for example? would be good to inform the hotel guest such kind of useful information.

I stayed in the hotel in Oct and Nov 2023. The room was not really clean. That was my comment then after the stay. This time, the room has been clean. Good to see the improvement.

I paid a little extra for a view but could only see the back of some other tower blocks.

Clean, well-fitted and spacious room with modern double bed and free Wifi. Location was good for my purpose, close to the conference venue by train (CUHK, 15 mins).

The room I stayed was facing the emergency exit door, yet the stairs behind the emergency exit door is actually at open space area. So if wind blows strong, my room door always bang as if someone knocking. Got a shock for the first time.

The room is spacious and and house keeping staff did a good room make up each day. Room rate is not cheap yet no breakfast given.

- Lack of western food in the neighbourhood. - The mattress was a little sagging, it was uncomfortable to sleep because you were sliding into a sag.

- Very helpful staff - Great view - Great location to do hiking or cycling. This area is connected to other parts of the city by several tunnels. This makes commuting by taxi or bus much more convenient and faster than by metro.

There was no bath tub in the washroom. The shower overhead rose was not working. The main access escalators to the hotel lobby were always out of service. There was no clear directions to the lifts for visitors with suitcases or trolleys. Worst thing is the hotel has no own carparking. The carpark attached within the hotel building in fact belongs to the developer. Its carparking fee is over-rated. Hotel long-staying visitors do not enjoy any preferential over-night rates. This is very bad.

The location, the riverview，the room size and space for our five suitcases. The bed mattresses and pillows are comfortably hard enough for Asian people preference. Twin Double beds, not single beds.

The sink plug in the bathroom was stuck, I requested to have it fixed. The technician came and said it was fixed, but it got stuck again after pushing down. The free Wifi was really slow
