We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The cleanliness and bus service to city centre is useful for guests. Room was of adequate size.

MalaysiaThe room I stayed was facing the emergency exit door, yet the stairs behind the emergency exit door is actually at open space area. So if wind blows strong, my room door always bang as if someone knocking. Got a shock for the first time.
The room is spacious and and house keeping staff did a good room make up each day. Room rate is not cheap yet no breakfast given.

Singapore- Lack of western food in the neighbourhood. - The mattress was a little sagging, it was uncomfortable to sleep because you were sliding into a sag.
- Very helpful staff - Great view - Great location to do hiking or cycling. This area is connected to other parts of the city by several tunnels. This makes commuting by taxi or bus much more convenient and faster than by metro.

Hong KongThere was no bath tub in the washroom. The shower overhead rose was not working. The main access escalators to the hotel lobby were always out of service. There was no clear directions to the lifts for visitors with suitcases or trolleys. Worst thing is the hotel has no own carparking. The carpark attached within the hotel building in fact belongs to the developer. Its carparking fee is over-rated. Hotel long-staying visitors do not enjoy any preferential over-night rates. This is very bad.
The location, the riverview,the room size and space for our five suitcases. The bed mattresses and pillows are comfortably hard enough for Asian people preference. Twin Double beds, not single beds.
