Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ChinaThe hotel is a bit worn out for the price and needs renovation. For some reason, you can't make a deposit with a UnionPay card, very strange.
Very friendly staff, great location, nice breakfast.

CanadaThis hotel is located close to trams, buses and the metro lines. The Main Street is teeming with food and authentic restaurants. The hotel staff are simply the best, hailing cabs, showing you where to catch your bus, and keeping your room clean and tidy.

United KingdomBreakfast was not so good with a limited choice, eggs where never cooked the way I like them. Resturant staff were not too friendly. Room was suppose to be sound proof and on 18th floor yet we could hear traffic.
Staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Close to the popular attractions - Malls and Restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

MalaysiaRooms were a tad tight and we had no real space to open our luggage bags completely, so we kept them closed most of the time. Staff was OK, not really friendly, but not really unfriendly, either. Professional, but not warm. Not once did they enquire about our Bonvoy membership despite knowing - we had to actively remind them to give us the points for staying. Breakfast was pretty standard; I wouldn't say there's much to shout about, having stayed at multiple Marriotts all over the world. The fishball noodles were really not nice, though - don't try that. Airconditioning wasn't super consistent - sometimes it'll be warm when it set it to cold, and vice versa. Weird/nasty smells permeate the lobby frequently, probably because the hotel is located next to an alley that holds trash cans and rubbish bins. We were never greeted the many times we went in and out. Once in a while someone would look our way and nod and smile, but no one ever approached us and said good morning! the way we've experienced in many other Marriott hotels. For some reason there's no guest toilet/washroom in the lobby. You have to ask the concierge for a key to a locked one. Rooms and housekeeping made the stay good for us. They were very Marriott grade. But the breakfast, the staff in the lobby and the lobby itself - not really. That being said, it was a pretty decent stay. We don't expect stellar service or people fawning over us, so we'll still be happy to go back again.
Hotel communication was great with Booking.com, and we were able to get connecting rooms for our 6-day stay throughout. We had harbour views which were really gorgeous and made it completely worth the extra money. You get some decent channels on TV. Housekeeping was efficient and thoughtful. They saw we had a lot of toiletries and took pains to arrange our toiletries on a little towel laid out next to the sink nicely every day, which was pretty sweet. Beds were great, pillows were great, sleep was good. Loved the option of using either the blackout blinds or the semi blackout ones - very neat! The area around the hotel is filled with lots of awesome restaurants, so eating is incredibly easy. There's also a ding ding tram stop right in front of the hotel, which was really great for us to hop on and travel about the island. The nearest MTR is about 6 mins' walk away, which is also very convenient and with an Octopus card, honestly, the ding ding tram and the MTR are all you need to go everywhere you want in HK.

United KingdomOur room was on the 7th floor with harbour view but traffic made it very noisy. You can only get a full breakfast at MoMo. Coffee available at concierge desk but no croissant or pastry. So we went to Starbucks!
Very comfortable bed and nice room. Ronald Lau senior concierge agent was fantastic. He was full of knowledge re transport etc and always happy to help. Betty on reception let us check in at 0930 which was great.

Hong Kongit's humid, but it's Hong Kong. Rooms are small, but it's HK too, they do what they can to put a kingsize bed inside so small rooms. There is no coffee machine, just a sachets instant coffee.
Great location. Close to everything: Centre, Macau ferry, Kowloon and Airport through the western tunnel or by ferry to Lamma and Mui Wo. Aberdeen is also accessible. The gym is good and a lot of eateries around. Perfect transportation between busses, trams and metro.

RussiaBreakfast options were limited, coffee and pastry were terrible, but we have “replaced” it with other offered options.
Great location close to coffee shops, restaurants and groceries. Room was specious enough for two persons with two big suitcases and lucky us we have had a stunning harbor view. The bus stops a10 just in the front of hotel, that makes the journey from/to airport seamless.
