We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesNo inroom dining or if there was it wasn't introduced or there's no menu in the room. The rug is a bit dirty and the living room is quite dark and does depend on the natural light. The bathropm has 2 doors adjacent to the room or living room but no lock, so it's quite complicated when there are visitors. But overall, great value.
The room is spacious and the view is beautiful. Also accessible to the promenade and apm. Has 2 fridge.

Hong KongThe bedroom was dirty and I saw the cockroach in the bathroom. The room was full of dust and smoking smell even I booked a non-smoking room. Many occupants smoked on my floor and opened the door to pollute the areas. Terrible. But, the staff were nice and helpful. I rated it in high-grade.

United KingdomWe booked two double rooms. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom in one of the rooms. In the other room there was a what appeared to be worn underwear on one of the beds under the duvet and there were no slippers and no amenities in the bathroom. When reported to the reception they sent someone to the room to sort these out quickly, but it was an unpleasant experience.
The Kwun Tong habour was visible from the room and the room was spacious. There was a convenience store, a McDonald's, and many restaurants nearby. Location was fine in terms of access to public transport.
