The air conditioning was too cold. I called the house keeping to fix it. But they couldn’t fix it. End up I had a heater.

The room was smaller than the photo. Far from closest MTR. Check-in took more than 25 minutes, although not many people in Q.

I'm surprised with a free basic gym. 5 minutes walk to a ferry stop but 15 minutes walk to closest MTR.

The hotel was quite a walk from the Kwun Tong MTR station.

Interior is tastefully done with sufficient amenities. Housekeeping was also done well and clean and we appreciate the smiles and greetings of the nice housekeeper who served our floor at Level 12.

The bed was very hard and the pillows were very soft. I also would've liked hand soap to be supplied, instead of having to go into the shower to get soap each time I want to wash my hands. If the hotel is worried about the soap being stolen, then they should have the same setting that they have for the body wash/shampoo and install it on the sink counter.

The room was very clean, we appreciated the water that was supplied daily. We also couldn't hear our neighbors which was nice and the TV had a good variety of channels. The location was also very close to the metro station and to other restaurants.

The thermostat didn’t work as expected. We can dial to the temperature we want, but it will continue to blow the air without stopping. We have to turn it on and off manually. My visit was in the winter. It might not work well for the heating.

The location is quite far away from the mtr station and it takes us more than 12 minutes of walking to the station. In addition, there are no cloth cleaning shops nearby.

We like the facilities of the hotel, in particular, the air conditioner and the shower system. The room size fits us well. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room has been kept clean during our stay.

Quite expensive compared to a lot of other options in the area though. It isn't as close to the MTR as stated and getting anywhere except for the immediate area is quite an expensive taxi ride.

Staff was excellent and accommodating. The property is dated but still comfortable.

Breakfast is bit on the expensive side, is just no shopping mall and lot of the restaurants coffee shops only open till the office buildings working hours.

Unfortunately gym was under maintenance when we stayed. We would have liked to use the Pool but opening hours didn't suit our itinerary. Would have been nice if it was open earlier. Universal plug or usb charging would have been nice too but reception gave us an adapter so that was very kind. Bathroom had some plumbing issues.but that was sorted after calling reception.

Room was comfy and spacious. Shower was nice. Hotel was close to public transport. Buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious. Overall very pleasant with the stay.

The pillow is too soft. I have to ask for a firmer pillow the next night. Wish I had that on the first night. I have a change of room from a standard to a family room. At first the hotel is not too willing to help nor let me know if I would need to move my luggage down to lobby or if the family room is ready. Subsequently have much discussion, they have offer to help me to move my luggage to the new room. Quite a distance to move my luggage and walk from the bus stop to hotel when coming from airport.

The hotel is cleaned and overall is well maintained. Lots of eateries nearby worthy of exploring.

The wifi could have been better, it wouldn't stay connected on my phone. The pool should be open later into the evening.

The facilities are limited, swimming pool close at five in the afternoon and gym under construction; location is not convenient for general tourists unless one has something to do in the area like me

Temperature still a bit cool despite air conditioning switched to 25C and ventilation setting was switched to low setting. No big deal. Room was great and super comfortable.
