Hong KongBetter to clean it well on everything in the room. I expected to have a cafe to have my breakfast instead of they delivered it to the room by putting the food on the floor. Maybe there are 2 choices for guests would be better.
The location is good and nearby the centre of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong The breakfast is not so good, just 4 choices for guests and delivered it to the room with a basket and they put it on the floor. The room is good and the size is reasonable if you compare the room charge, but it is not clean enough on the table.

SingaporeProbably not the best hotel for business trip. If you are expecting normal hotel breakfast, you may not want to choose this hotel. If you are someone who doesn't mind walking around in the morning for breakfast, then I guess it's alright. Would be great for hotel to consider some lighting upgrade in the room to improve the room ambience.
Great location and great wifi connection. Staff are generally helpful and attend to you at their soonest. Room size is great for 1 pax and 1 luggage. Good table size for me to work with my laptop at night.

There was no breakfast but hotel provided me a coupon of Starbucks. They were able to provide me the adapter. The location is amazing, very close to HK downtown area.

IndonesiaThe cleanliness is a bit lacking,after check in I slap a small cockroach on the table not far from the light (I attached the photo I took) Really limited english TV channel I stayed for 5 nights and the housekeeping didn’t change my sheets and blanket even though I put the change sheets card on the bed more than once (there’s a stain from the breakfast on my blanket so I know it wasn’t changed) Not enough sitting area in the lobby and it’s uncomfortable The place to wait for the guest lift is claustrophobic (dark,long corridor) Only 2 space on the reception,sometimes the queue can get quite long It’s beyond the hotel but be wary that the pavement to get to the hotel is quite narrow and tricky to navigate if you’re carrying big luggages Limited choice if you need to buy food after midnight (the 24 hours stores are located on the other side,near Sogo) The taxi stand isn’t located close to the hotel,you have to cross times square to take a taxi which can be tricky if you’re carrying luggages
