The customer service is very good. Vivian , the front desk manager, is very helpful , and exceed my expectation. She helped us with what we need , making sure that our stay is comfortable. Thank you. Definitely will recomend to family and friends. Moreover, location is very strategic near train station and in the heart of cause way bay.

Everything was good, staff friendly and helpful. We had a nice room #1001 on the corner, we slept like logs, quiet and very comfortable bed. The only odd thing was the bathroom basin, the tap barely reached the basin and when you clean your teeth some of the water goes through the hole in the basin, plumbing problem/design fault

Not so keen on the breakfast but when in Rome do as the Romans do. Would have been nice if there was cereal and fruit and toast offered but that is not Hong Kong style so have to accept that

The staff are very helpful. Special shout out to Allen who assisted me to get a cab at 3:45 am and stayed with me for safety concerns while waiting for the cab driver to come. I definitely will stay with this Holiday Inn next time when I visit Hong Kong

We went to the hotel to visit the fair. When we bought the room, we asked for 2 separate single beds. However, when we went there, they gave us a single double bed. They gave a duvet to a seat on the side and said 1 person could sleep there, but it was very hard there. It wasn't like going to bed. The room was incredibly narrow for 2 people. Likewise, the bathroom and toilet were narrow.

The only good thing was that it was close to the Hong Kong exhibition centre.

Firstly, the staff were fantastic. Everyone was extremely helpful. The breakfast was great. You get to pick from 5 set breakfasts, which changes occasionally. Breakfast service was like a well oiled machine. They were very professional. But also good-natured! The room was excellent. No issues with cleanliness, and fresh bottled water waiting for us every day. The shower was excellent.

Service is number 1 for me when i give rating to hotel. The receptionist was really impressive. I forgot her name, she gave us bigger room since we were traveling with kids. She also offered to set up the sofa bed for free. Location wise is very close to the train station. Definitely will recomend to family and friends .and definitely will come back the next time i visit hongkong.

It's good place to stay but i was expecting a good breakfast similar to my experience in Holiday Inn Express in Sheung Wan. Where they had a breakfast spread serving congee, sausages, eggs, noodles, and rolls. The food in this hotel was dry and cold.

accessibility to the MTR and tram free wifi. Spacious bathroom with toiletries. Vouchers and coupons were given for Preface which is a nice coffee shop. The restaurant below is a good lunch spot -- its full for lunch service, but worth it..
