The room have a wonderful view. The hotel smell is nice. The staffs are polite. The bed is wonderful. The shuttle service is well connected to the mall and mtr. Nearby the seaside can have a good walk.

By the time we arrived the hotel restaurant closed at 9 p.m. and we couldn't find any open restaurant in walking distance at 10 p.m. There is only one grocery store near to the hotel, so it was not easy to find something to eat.

The free shuttle to/from airport is very good and we choose the hotel because of its location (i.e. close to airport and ideal to catch an early flight).

If u have plan to go to Disneyland then i guess this hotel is bereft, All the staff were so nice,and i got lots of help from them . The breakfast buffet was decent there were lots of options

The view is nice for an airport hotel. I chose this as my connecting flight was the next day from HK. The staff were friendly and the hotel was maintained well. The room was modern and comfortable.

Honestly, there is really not anything you wouldn't like! Everything about our travel and stay was just spot on too good. Amazing help from the Four Points Concierge that helped us around with directions and transfers, so thankyou for that.

The selection and varieties of food drinks and snacks provided by the hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY AMAZING!!. Dad and I loved every single moment we spent at HK especially at Lantau Island. The locals were and are very friendly, the hospitality was generously comforting, Overall we just loved our stay at Four Points and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to travel to HK and stay close proximity to the airport. Airport shuttle only goes once an hour. Given most people would choose this hotel to have easy access to the airport I would hope the shuttle is at least 3 times an hour

New hotel very comfortable rooms and bedding. Friendly and helpful staff. Only 10 minutes in taxi from the airport. Fantastic buffet breakfast

Clean and modern hotel with professional staff, definitely worth the money. Free shuttle bus between the airport to the hotel and between the hotel to the train station, very convenient. The on-site restaurants are awesome with in-house guest discount. Close to the Tung Chung cable car terminal, if you are planning to go to Ngong Ping and Tai O, this is definitely the place to stay.

No sign of courtesy airport shuttle on my arrival, whereas the local competition sent a shuttle 3 times while I was waiting. Outside air temperature was 34 C.

This is a lovely modern clean hotel. The hotel shuttle to / from the airport and the metro station was great. We stayed 48 hrs on a stop over to Australia and would happily recommend and return.

The room was damp! Possibly this is unavoidable in Hong Kong in July but it was disconcerting. Our bed sheets felt damp and by the time we left my backpack was damp to the touch.

Speedy check in, very friendly staff, excellent restaurant options in the area, especially considering how far from the main city we were. And a good breakfast.

The room is a bit on the small side. I did not have enough room to open up 2 suitcases. But I guess that is standard size for Hong Kong. The room was really comfortable and I slept like a log!

Loved the view and the location. Staff were very helpful in getting taxi's or busses. When I returned from the day's sightseeing, they let me use the gym's bathrooms to freshen up before my long flight home.

The choice of drinks package over dinner could be better. The wine selection was limited are in transit

As we were in transit, with an overnight stay, the location, close to the airport was excellent. The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the airport at no cost. The Hotel has an excellent dining space (a la cart and buffet) and there is a good choice of food to suit all tastes. The room was comfortable for a couple, and the bed was very comfortable.

Too addictive comforts

Excellent Ocean cum Airport View from the room. All amenities including tea and coffee in plenty. Very convenient location. Efficient free airport and MTR shuttle service. Great housekeeping and front desk staff especially Mr Oscar. Electric adapter made available within seconds. Great stay.
