Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong KongThe room next to mine was under renovation, that starts before 9am in the morning. I was awakened by the noise.
The hotel is only 10 mins away from HKG, perfect for late night arrival.

Hong KongThere’s no swimming pool or gym. If you are doing a staycation, this is not the hotel for you. It’s basically room and nothing else. Included.
It’s nice and clean. & the variety during breakfast buffet.

CanadaIt was a terrible experience. When I checked in, the customer service staff seemed very indifferent because they were busy and didn't even say hello. After checking in, they gave me the room at the end of the corridor. When I entered the room, I smelled a strong smoke smell. I didn't even know if anyone was still in the room, so I called the customer service and asked to change the room. The customer service immediately changed the room for me, but I panicked about the unpleasant experience just now, so I didn't sleep well all night. It was really a bad experience

RussiaThe bed linen smelled strongly of a chemical odor, which caused me to have an allergy. We didn’t sleep until 2 am because of loud screams from the cafe below on the 1st floor. We lived on the 18th floor.

SingaporeI had to change 3 rooms before the staff managed to get a room that has no smoke smell. The smoke smell is indeed quite unbearable. There was also a big group of tourist that were very rowdy in the night making a lot of noise at the lobby. I wish there was some kind of crowd control.
It’s quite new and has nice views. The bed is comfortable and helpful staff. I would like to commend the great service of one of the staff - Rabbit, for his kind help and patience to change the room for me.

United KingdomLack of interest from reception staff and still being charged for breakfast although it was not available.
Room was perfect however I booked B&B. Had an early plane to catch leaving the hotel at 06.00, breakfast did not open before I needed to leave. They advertised a transfer facility, likewise this did start til 06.30. Was told I could get my own taxi.

GermanyI was travelling for work the hotel was fully booked so I could not get a room directly, which is ok. BUT I needed to work and there was no place for it. When I could get a table at the breackfast area there was no socket to charge the pc. Beside in the four points building there is no gym or pool. You can use the Sheraton's facility but you have to pay for a full day use which makes no sense for people travelling for work.
The room was amazing.

SingaporeSome areas of the bathroom are yellowish. This is very shocking for a Sheraton Hotel.
The staff who assisted me with the check in was very polite and professional. They are a gem to the hotel as they make guests feel welcomed. The room is also tastefully designed.

AustraliaLong queue for check-in. On arrival told that the only way to get something to eat or drink was a vending machine which only accepted a local credit card - WeChat? Shuttle bus to and from airport only goes once an hour - but taxi should only cost 40-50 HK dollars, but you need to pay cash. Shuttle bus to MTR station better - twice an hour, but on return at night was full, so still needed a taxi.
Comfortable, well designed rooms - good bed and shower, quiet. Good breakfast.

United StatesAlthough Four Points provides free shuttle bus to Tung Chung Station and the airport, the driver did not give any assistance to help my elderly mother board the bus when I asked if he had a step box to lower the distance between the last step on the bus and the ground. Cleaning can be improved as we saw mildew in the shower area and around the sink. We may have accidentally pressed the DO NOT DISTURB button below the key card slot by the entrance. The room makeup and towels change did not happen when we returned to our room in the afternoon to take a break. When we discovered this we called service desk and they immediately dispatched room cleaning staff and reminded us to do not press that button if we wanted room makeup.
Check-in staff was a trainee and he was courteous and gave us an accessible room as we requested during booking. We stayed 2 nights on the 12th floor in room 1230 universal room with king bed. Very good water pressure. Mother likes the barrier-free shower. However, water didn't drain fast enough and almost flooded the toilet area as the shower has only a curtain and lacks a sliding door to physically block off the water from the shower area. 7-11, supermarket and fastfood restaurants are located directly across from the hotel. Walk about 5 minutes east along Ying Hei Road there are more restaurants, another 7-11, supermarket and Starbucks at the Century Link shopping centre.
