Unfortunately I missed the last night shuttle to get to the hotel upon my arrival. The hotel should provide shuttles from airport to hotel at least until midnight

The breakfast was excellent and with amazing variety. The bed was comfortable and the hotel provides shuttles both tothe airport and to the closest metro station, which is very useful and practcal.

The AC was very loud in our room and rattling so it was hard to fall asleep.

Very nice rooms especially with sea view. Cosy and modern. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. I've been there twice and always enjoyed. Breakfast is good. I loved the shuttle from and to the airport and to/from Expo. Airport is just neat but you don't hear it at all. Near the hotel there are a lot of things to do, Promenade, good shopping mall and the last but not the least, the Cable car to Big Budda.

The shuttle bus area wasn't really clear so we ended up missing it, it would have been nice for the staff to prep us in advance when checking in. Some of the USB ports weren't very powerful so luckily I had my travel adapter. There are lack of facilities, no swimming pool or gym, but not sure if you are allowed to use the facilities in the other Sheraton which is next door.

The bed is very comfortable and they have 24hr room service. Although we didn't order room service, they also have vending machines downstairs in the lobby where you can get some snacks and some drinks. The cleaning staff are very friendly and greet you every time they walk past.

Window curtains cannot be fully sealed which left with a vertical gap of 1cm wide. Not a big deal.

Buffet breakfast is very good and value for money. Shuttle bus service is excellent. Room is clean and air conditioning is quiet and comfortable.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were not up to my expectations. Choices were few especially for dinner and no choice of beverages. Had to pay extra for a coke. The staff could not give us a layout of the hotel itself. Would have liked to know how to get to the gym. Shuttle service was a nightmare. One bus serving two huge hotels. First come first serve. That would be great but no one lines up. They just push and shove to get on. The drivers don’t help with anything. They don’t even help put the luggage under neath . People just throw their bags in and then push to get on the bus. Even the shuttle to the mall was this way. When we got home we saw where we were charged an extra $50 . Don’t know why. Our bill was paid as we left and we got a receipt, so why the extra money??

Room was nice but not as big as I expected. No place to put anything. Had to leave our suitcases out. Nice to get a couple of bottles of water each day.

One staff member (possibly Indian) was very unhelpful and rude when I told her that my room key wasn’t working. Her judgmental look and attitude towards me (also Indian) made it seem like it’s my fault the room key wasn’t working.

It would be great to have a shuttle bus running to the airport at least twice per hour.

The breakfast was awesome with both Chinese and Western food options. There are also some restaurants in the area and a big shopping mall with shuttle service available free of charge (and also to/from the airport). Rooms are very clean and offer a great view.

there was construction going on in the area and it made crossing the road a little complicated. Nothing to be particularly concerned with.

Fantastic accommodation. We lived on the 21st floor. The room was beautiful and clean. We got water, toothbrushes and pastes and another drug store. Even though there was construction going on outside, it didn't bother us at all. There was a Metra station nearby, where you could travel practically everywhere. The cleaners were also nice and kind, and they beautifully cleaned our room every day.

Everything was perfect! Free shuttle to and from the airport, location was near Olympic Mall, the MTR, Disneyland and Ngong Pin and the room was really clean. Very comfortable. There are also shops down the hotel building! 😊
