We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The location is so amazing surrounded by loads of shops, restaurants and cafes and a park. Its connected to a mall as well. The MTR station is just 6 min walk away. The staff were beyond lovely and helpful. I stayed in Room 1010 The room was nice and clean. Great size and view overlooking the harbor and the skyline of Hong Kong.

BelgiumBeautiful hotel with an excellent location... the breakfasts and dinner buffet had plenty of food to choose from. The metro is close by the hotel and you can get yourself over to the islands very quickly. The rooms are large and comfortable with views of the harbor if you ask for it. Had a walking shower and a view...Nice! Harbor City mall is part of the same complex, so shopping is a breeze!

For the duration of our stay, (March), the aircon thermostat did not really work, that it was too cold for us that we just turned off the aircon. Elevators might need updating, especially on when waiting for it, because we couldn't tell which elevator arrived.
Very nice location, hotel is part of the mall. Walking distance to the park, shopping district, food district, MTR and Ferry. Good sized rooms to relax. Clean and well maintained rooms.
