There is no complimentary water with the room. They claim its because they are caring for the environment by making their guests trudge out & find their own water (usually in a plastic bottle). They need to find an alternative to this very basic necessity, stop cutting corners under the guise of 'green signaling' while inconveniencing guests on arrival. I would rather NOT have clean towels everyday (that's a massive waste of energy right there) & be provided with a few room basics.

Good breakfast to set you up for the day. Very close (5min walk) to the MTR into Central where it's easy to connect with the rest of HK. Staff efficient & helpful too - friendly room cleaners.

The furniture and TV are quite old. Water drips from the toilet ceiling.

Convenient location, well-serviced by MTR, tram and buses. The hotel is closed to many nice eateries and shops. My room has nice view of the Victoria Harbor, and I could see the Lion Rock from my room.

Late night room service was awful and very very expensive. I couldn’t fault one other thing during our stay! We’d booked 2 rooms. Each room ordered a steak sandwich and they were inedible.

Thanks to some previews reviews, we followed their advice and booked the club level. It did not disappoint! The views from our room were spectacular! The breakfast is fabulous - once again with unbeatable views. Tea Time and Apéritifs are a wonderful bonus - just a nice thing to come back to after a long day of exploring this amazing city. Also, Maria at the main reception has a wealth of information about the attractions of the city. Tip: If you book club level, the check-in desk is upstairs on the 41st floor!

There was a lack of vegetarian dishes, generally, although on one occasion when there was nothing vegetarian whatsoever on the buffet the chef made us a lovely selection of food for our table.

The property was in a great location with superb views from our side of the building and also from the roof, restaurant and the Harbour Club lounge. We took the club lounge option – and we were glad we did. Effectively it made the stay all inclusive, as there was food and drink most of the afternoon and into the evening.

We reviewed a few hotel locations and read reviews. One of those cought our eye. „Go for Harbour Grand but do it on Club floor. And that is what we did for 3 nights. What a great decision! Superb location, Harbour views, we stayed at 37th floor, check in and breakfast at 41st, sundown views two floors up, unforgettable. The staff outstanding, the room service within 10 minutes. Superb. Octopus card for HKD 200 took us through endless (5 mins away) MTR, Bus and team rides for 3 days, including one hour rides through the New territories. This hotel is a superb pick! Go for it (Club) - we even received a wedding anniversary gift of a bottle of excellent wine. We love this hotel choice and will be back for sure. 👍

Bedrooms were sized comfortable for Hong Kong standard bedrooms. Though not too big (if you compare it around the world), we had good space for big luggages, beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom area was very nice. The breakfast at upper level has a fantastic view. We spent New Years eve on the roof top and It was awesome. We needed a three person bedroom and we were happy with it size and the extra bed comfort. There's an underground station few blocks from the hotel and its one or two stations from the financial center, really easy to get around. We would stay there again. If it's affordable for you, choose the upper levels, breakfast there has amazing view. Also we had a lot of help from Maria at the concierge service, she helped us really a lot. Thank you Maria.

What a wonderful stay. We booked a premier club Room which included a fantastic Breakfast at the 41th floor, free afternoon tea & Snacks, and free Apéro. Elma which has been working at the Cluplounge and the Restaurant is a fantastic host. The view from the 41th floor and the Room was amazing. The Room was very comfy and spotless clean, due to the fantastic Housekeeping. All employees where extremely friendly and professional. The Location is only 4 minutes walk to MTR, Bus & Tramstop Fortress Hill. It was a great experience staying in your Hotel, and we loved Hongkong very much. It's such a clean and well organized City. Public transportation is outstanding. We will be back for sure and will be staying at the Harbour Grand again.
