We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

location wise. the staffs are very attentive with all of my request and even gave us complimentary wine for my Daughter’s Graduation celebration. we had a good enough view of the harbor from our room.. bed was comfortable and clean. breakfast buffet is okay, tho after the 3rd day, I’ve grown tired with the same food/menu choices.

Only 3min walk to Fortress Hill Station as well as buses great connectivity.The Habour grand exteriors impressive the standard of design you expect an exceptional hotel and wow wow wow from the door man, concierge, check in staff, quality of rooms I could go on! Everything and every staff member knowledgeable, friendly, professional all naturally going above and beyond. Breakfast was lovely all the restaurants were great. I look forward to going back. Spectacular hotel, facilities and staff. There were several staff that stood out unfortunately I did not right there names down but remember Maverick being one and a female on reception who gave me a wonderful surprise as well as another who held my room as I missed my flight! The restaurant manager on the roof, was attentive, I could go on! The entire staff on my stays should all be commended I've stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world, Harbour grand service standard was excellent!

Whole interior is dirty and outdated. View on the harbour is only from a certain angle in the superior room. All in all a big disappointment.

Excellent location close to many shops and local eateries. One block from the MTR. There is also a taxi stand right outside the lobby if you prefer to move around by cabs. Great view of the harbor on the 42nd floor . It's worth it to plan for going up to the viewing area which is only open from 5 pm to 9 pm to watch the sunset and after dark for the city neon lights. Our room on the 33rd floor although a bit dated was very comfortable and spacious by hongkong standards.
