We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaWe liked everything, right from the time we were greeted so warmly by the Guard outside till the time we reached our room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we entered, we were well greeted at the check-in counter and Wincy, who was confirming us understood our problem and upgraded us to an Executive Room. Special thanks to Tony who made our stay so worthwhile in HK informing us about places to go and how to go. The 41st floor restaurant and its view is breathtaking. The rooms were amazing and the fitness centre with its spa and swimming pool area is out of this world. This is a MUST STAY hotel in Hong Kong. With the metro at walking distance, 7/11 at a stone throw walk, Park & Sons grocery store and some fab restaurants nearby, we did not have to go anywhere looking for a quick snack or knick knacks for the room. The small garden behind the hotel is also beautiful to sit and have a beer. There is no traffic or noise that end.

Hong KongThis would have been a very grand and fancy hotel when it opened but decades ago. The rooms are old fashioned and a bit run down now.
The location isn’t bad although not in a tourist area there are a few shops and restaurants nearby and transportation to other areas is easy.

United KingdomWhen making my booking I was under the impression I was "selecting" a double room, not a twin. However, when the conformation came through it indicated that this selection was being treated as a "special request". This was at best buried in some small print at the time of making the booking. Having opted for the non-refundable option, I contacted the hotel directly to ask if they could confirm that they could allocate me a room with a double bed. After fobbing me off with a generic "it's subject to availability" several times they eventually agreed to confirm it. However when I arrived in the room what appeared to be a double bed was in fact just two singles pushed together with a double sheet over the top. So basically it was an outright lie - I can only assume they were hoping I would just not notice. Funnily enough, two friends of mine had the opposite scenario where they requested two twins but were given a double. Basically it's impossible to be sure you'll get what you think you are paying for with this hotel. I won't be staying here again.

United KingdomView was nice from my room but you need to pay more.
Breakfast time was a look period of your day queuing to make toust then you get burned operating the toaster 5 or 6 times it had to go through, no courtesy bus from the Airport so add additional money to your budget apatr from ferry terminal all other attractions are located in other areas so not a good location.. Patients is required as your always waiting on the lift to move around long waits.
