We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good location and close to MTR. Staff very polite and helpful. Bed very comfortable. View from the room fabulous. Nice to view the harbour from the roof also.

United KingdomThe hotel is starting to look dated and the rooms in need of an update. THe rooms are comaparitively small and most rooms look east - not towards the light of Cental and Kowloon The hotel is large and has a corperate feel.
The hotel is reasonable value for money, being cheaper than the hotels around Central. It is easily reached by a short 5 minute walk from Fortress Hill MTR

SingaporeIf I had to be picky, I thought that the hotel's deco is a bit dated.
The hotel was very well located. There are a lot of eating places, both local & international. It was very easy to get around in the area as it is a 5 minutes walk to Fortress Hill MTR and there are buses and trams servicing that area. The room was a good size for a HK hotel and my room had a great view of Kowloon. I would definitely choose this hotel when I come back to HK again.
