Our 1 bed suite came with a lovely kitchenette, but all the cutlery and kitchenware had been removed. Bedroom a bit small and living room OK but not a huge amount of space. The main hotel lobby has a friendly feel but can feel crowded.

Relatively new hotel next to Baptist Hospital and only 10 minutes walk to the new Kai Tak Stadium. Surrounded by reasonably priced shops and restaurants in To Kwa Wan, and only 10 minutes walk to the MTR. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good main restaurant, plus 2/F bar and terrace also serving Western food. We had a prime view over new Kai Tak stadium. Comfortable bed with adequate cupboard space. Concierge was fully staffed at all times with experienced and helpful concierge staff.

Marvellous hotel , great value for money and good location for me, 12 minute walk to the Kai Tak sports park. Arrived to drop my badge over 4 hours before check but as a room was ready they checked me into my room early at no extra cost.

They looked like they were in a rush and you were bothering them when asking for something. Some lost in translation moments.

Location is probably not the best with ca. 10 min walk to nearest metro station, but it offers free shuttle bus to city centre every 1 hour. Besides, I was informed via booking.com that a damage deposit of 1000 HKD/night will be collected at arrival, but the receptionist said the deposit is not nessesary, so it is a bit confusing.

I think the room is much spacious than most of rooms at the same price level. Very tidy and well equiped. Staff are also very nice with quick response to my questions via booking message. They dont accept debit card for online payment via booking but still nice enough to keep the room reservation for us. Many restaurants around.

There was humid odour when I first entered the room and it was better after I turned on the a/c and dehumidifier, but the a/c was terribly noisy. I needed to turn it off before going to bed. The soundproof was very poor. I, lying in bed, could hear clearly what people said when they passed by my room.

The pillow and bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Good value for money.

I travelled with kids and one of the reason i booked the hotel is because of the pool so the kids can enjoy their free time however during our 4N5D it was not available the pool has no water and as per them its because of the weather.

The location and the free shtl to TST was the best asset of the hotel
