Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThere was a bit of noise in the hallway late at night from other tenants, so I wouldn't say that it was a quiet place to stay, but this is really the only downside.
The room was very nice, with two beds and bathroom, very clean. The owner was very helpful and responsive with any questions that I had. Excellent location!

Indonesiaa. We arrived at midnight and I had inform our ETA prior, expecting an easy and smooth check in. However, when we arrived, with 2 kids, luggages, felt tired, at midnight, and yet still needs to find another building to get our keys to TEMPO Inn. Very traumatic experience. b. The room is small, but it has everything we need. Hairdryer, Soap, shampoo, AC, TV, water kettle but No mineral water provided, towels, trash bin. However, it needs to have pest inspection as we found babies cockroaches twice, during our 6 days stay there.
a. The location - only minutes away from Jordan MTR station and plenty 7 eleven shops to buy our necessities. b. The indonesian helper - the curvy, helpful one - who tidy up or room perfectly. NOT the other slim -masked helper who does minimum effort to tidy up our room. c. Smooth communication with the owner/PIC of the Inn through whatsapp.

Australia1: it is hard to get into the building if you don't have a card 2: the shower should be bigger and the sink should be on top of the toilet to save space 3: room should have single bed in it to save space
1: location right next to MRT 2 price is fabulous and great value 3: clean

VietnamThe room was typical for Hong Kong—quite small, barely fitting a bed and a tiny bathroom. We had to take turns opening our suitcases because there was hardly any space to move around. The cleanliness was just okay, not particularly impressive. The building is old, which is common in Hong Kong, so I didn't have high expectations in that regard. Overall, this place is suitable for someone who needs a basic, budget-friendly option for a place to sleep at the end of the day.
The room is centrally located, close to both bus and MTR stations. I chose this place primarily because it's near HK West Kowloon Station, which is convenient for my trip to Shenzhen. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The check-in process was efficient; there were no staff on-site, but a phone at the front door allowed me to call for the entry code. Both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.

United KingdomOnly few of the rooms had windows and I did not get one with a window. It could get claustrophobic at times. The room rate did not justify the rate I paid, even by Hong Kong standards. The shower was on top of the toilet - the washroom was that small.
It is small property in an old building near Nathan Rd. Conveniently located near Jordan MTR station, Nathan Rd and Temple Market, it is the tourist hub of Kowloon. The room was tiny, but clean, and basic toiletry was there. You have access cards to get in and out of the property. The manager responded to maintenance issues. However, what is a matter of concern is that being an old building it does not have a scientific fire escape plan. Around the time, I was there a nearby building caught fire causing deaths and injuries. I would recommend paying more and staying in recognised hotels.

United Arab EmiratesThe property looks very sketchy from outside and on the way up. The building itself is very dirty and in a crowded area. The room door is thin so you can hear everyone on the corridors and their TVs on the rooms next door.
The room is small but well equipped, very clean, good bed linen and good shower. Strong wifi and easy check in. Location is good, near metro stations and night markets, easy to find anything you may need.

FranceReally small place, the shower is almost flooding the room, no privacy for the toilet, which is next to the bed without a door, only a curtain. But I guess it's normal in Hong Kong. I put a 7 because the staff was supper friendly and helping all the time.

GermanyWe think that our beds had bedbugs. It was too itchy that we couldn't sleep on the first night. I messaged them and thankfully they responded fast and they changed the beddings on the other day. On the second day, one aircon wasn't functioning - again they responded fast and someone went to the area and fix it
Good location, they respond fast when there's an issue about the room.

United StatesIf you arrive at night, the place is a bit hard to find - its actually inside a standard building entrance with the numbers (93-103) right above the entrance - it's in that entrance! Then the hotel is actually on the floor above; you will see directions by the elevator. Once at the door you might not know what to do - in this case dial that phone you see next to the door - press the buttons hard - and that's the solution.
I booked this place and its actually a hotel for the price of a hostel. You actually get a good room with your own bathroom! The process of check in and check out was self service for me. By the way, I would recommend the room with the window.
