AustraliaI was extremely surprised that this hotel doesn’t have heating functioned aircon especially during winter. The days when we stayed there were only about 8-9 degree outside and it was so cold during night. In addition to that, the shower water temperature was set to the same temperature for every room and from my point of view, it was just fairly cool water and felt very cold in a room without heating aircon.
The location is good. The staff are nice and friendly. Super helpful.

The breakfast area was beautiful, with an incuded outside area. Food was good too. The location was close to many sites & if needed, taxis were there within 5 minutes. The roof pool area was very unique for pictures at night. Due to limited time, did not get to swim, but wanted too.

No breakfast room - a banquet hall converted to Breakfast room with chairs covered with cloth - very tacky 3 Hopeless breakfast with limited menu - not a single live counter , food was dead cold, Fries, Wedges would have been made an hour earlier 4. No good restaurants, i had to go to Shangri La for a good meal 5. Inconveniently located - the only thing closeby is Sneaker street 6. Value for money = Zero ( wondered if booking.com was getting a higher commission or else why else would this be given such a rating)

SingaporeFront desk staff told me both rooms could be on same level but when my husband joined us the next day, another front desk staff said there were no available rooms on the same floor. My mother's room had a musky smell. My room had a slight cigarette smell even though it was meant to be a non smoking room.

United KingdomWe’ve stayed at other hotels in the Hilton chain and this was the worst. The staff were polite but not engaging, the rooms are too small, I understand the space issues in HK, too much noise from the motorway you need to check your double glazing, too much noise and cigarette smoke, which we complained about,from the room next door as the walls are too thin and noise travellers through either the air vent in the bathroom or some other way. Electronic piano in the reception are was annoying, just play some decent music. Our room was described as Deluxe and with a Harbour View, no way is the room Deluxe and you had to strain your beck to see a tiny portion of the Harbour, very disappointing. If we came back to HK we will not stay here or recommend this Hotel to family and friends.
We did not include breakfast when we booked the room, first morning we went to breakfast expecting to pay, after a very mediocre breakfast and having to share a table with a stranger, the bill arrived showing a cost of over HKD430, GBP43.00, as a supplement was added of, I think it was HKD160 each, which we were not told about prior to sitting down. We never went back again.

The location is close walking distance to the YMT station and a lot of local restaurants yet away from all the hustle and bustle facing the highway. Housekeeping did excellent job every day. It was always pleasant to come back from long days of walking around the city.

Hong KongThe hotel cost me more than 200 euro a night. Due to covid I could not enter any of the facilities. This should have been mentioned when I booked. Also, for a Hilton hotel it is unacceptable to serve breakfast in a plastic tray with plastic cutlery. there is nothing in the room to suggest that this is a 4* hotel. bare. no fork/knife/spoon/glass, not even a pen. There is absolutely nothing in the room other than a cup and 2 sachets of coffee. This is definitely not a Hilton-standard hotel. Did not deserve the cost of the room.
The staff members were helpful and polite. Bed is very comfortable.
