It’s a beautiful Disney themed hotel with awesome on site facilities and complimentary activities . Tai chi with Mickey , character appearances, on-site mini golf and go kart made the kids very happy. The staff is amazing and so helpful . The room with Seaview was beautiful and had all the facilities including a coffee machine . Can’t fault anything the Disneyhotel has to offer

TV options were extremely limited. The breakfast buffet line was slow - it would be better for the egg station to be located in a different corner with a separate queue.

We paid the little pricey type of breakfast hoping to take photos with more Disney characters. It’s quite disappointing that only 2 and time are rush for them to come around our table to take. Hope Disney land hotel consider to increase the characters (4 at least) so we will have a chance to take more photos as it’s not easy to catch them in the park either.

The breakfast a has wide variety to choose. The staff are pleasant to serve us. The photo taking with the characters are little rush. Only 2 characters appeared

Swimming pool was mention as heated but the water was lesser then lukewarm. The wind did not assist in anybit. Slides was not possible for children under the height of 100Cm. No signboards but only after going up and then the lifeguard mention height limit not met. Should have a sign below to inform swimmers

Check in only from 3pm onwards. There was suppose to be a email/message to inform you that the room was ready. But no email/message was sent. we have to go back again in between our outings to check and to check in.

There is no convenience store nearby and the in-room dining and restaurants were quite expensive. It may be more affordable to eat within Disneyland itself.

It was a great decision to stay at HK Disneyland Hotel as it provided the convenience of visiting the park over 2 days and I could take a break in the afternoon when I got tired from queuing for rides. It was a luxurious experience with well-trained staff and activities that hotel guest could do during the stay. Participated in a maze hunt and a towel making workshop. Room size was great and may be too big for a solo traveller. Room has a small fridge, nespresso machine and kettle. Room service is available 24/7. The birthday surprise was a nice touch too!

The smoking of other hotel patrons at the balcony . Because of the smoking of the other guest, we could not fully enjoy the balcony sea view room which we paid more for. This was mentioned to the hotel staff. 2 days in a row so maybe something more can be done about it.

The staff were amazing and friendly and made us feel so welcomed. We love the location and being able to walk to the park or choose to take the shuttle bus. The restaurants in the hotel were also immaculate. Overall very impressed with our stay and we would stay here again

Nope! We just didnt have enough time at hotel as there are so much to see & play in the hotel.

It was an awesome stay!!! Great spacious room, kids love the bathtub, swimming pool. (Indoor & outdoor) The slide at the pool was good for kids to play too. There was some games to play to redeem free gifts. We missed the morning Disney tai chi (free) in the hall At the entry to the Disneyland park, there is a (shorter) queue for hotel guests. Just show your hotel card and you can join that line, else the other queue lines are long during opening time. On Day 2, we went in 1 hour later and there was no queue to enter the park The kids had fun in the hotel garden maze. Enchanted Garden was awesome as the 2 Disney characters go table to table to take photo with you. The shuttle bus was a quick ride. After closing hours of the park, there was a queue to take the shuttle. But the lines moved fast I lost something in the shuttle bus but the hotel managed to find it and put it back in our room for us. Thank you Disney for the wonderful stay!!!
