Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe hotel is getting a bit old and will require some refurbishment. For example, bathroom drainage was mouldy and mini bar was not working.
Good location of hotel as it is within walking distance to the MTR station (Sai Ying Pun or Sheung Wan), tram stops, F&B options and dried seafood market. The ferry terminal (to head to Macau) is also conveniently located. The hotel also offers the compact trolleys for you to push your luggage up to your room which is pretty no frills.

MalaysiaThe hotel is not quite near to MTR station, is around 10min walking distance. However, if you know how to travel via tram, you may consider to take that since it is right outside the hotel door and you may explore more the neighbourhood from the tram. We booked the harbour view but was given a room which is blocked by a building in the middle, different from what is showing in the photo. The hotel doesn’t come with much complimentary like tooth brush kit and mineral water.
Near Shun Tak Center which easy for us to go to ferry terminal. You have to walk behind the street to explore more food spots and restaurant instead of same row.

Great spot . 2 mins from tram stop and shops bars etc . Breakfast good. Staff lovely and very helpful . Harbour view worth every last penny! Awesome view from room 2212. Diner next called Panda is great for decent drink and lovely food when you get back and just need quick fix

Great location in Sheung Wan, quiet area but still plenty of places to eat and grocery shops nearby. The room was spacious and very clean, with a good queen sized bed.

Ibis is relatively affordable for accommodation near Central. The Starbucks downstairs is convenient.

SingaporeIt was in between Sheung Wan MTR and San Ying Pun MTR, near to neither. Nothing much nearby. Harbour view was obstructed by old and dirty high rise buildings. No space to put luggage, had to open on the bed. Drainage in bathroom not working properly as well. Somehow the lights and aircon were left turned on every night we went back and towels replaced even though we didnt place them on the floor.
Nothing much but staff were courteous and very helpful.

NetherlandsThe pillows were too hard and too tall for me and my partner. In the end, we decided to sleep without the pillows. The elevator system was confusing. Some/one of the lifts could not reach the ground floor.
The room was pretty spacious. One may think the size was just standard, but in a place like HK its size should not be taken for granted. It was reasonably close to the MTR and ferry port.
