Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaRoom is small and bed is not as comfortable. But for the price it's acceptable.
Location - Access to ALL modes of transportation within 5 min walk - MTR, Airport Bus, Ferry, Ding Ding (tram). Next to a mid-size shopping center to get your essentials. Good local eats and Laundromats all over the block. Attentive housekeeping staff.

ThailandRoom needs some maintenance. Tear and wear can be observed quite a lot. Bed and pillow not so comfortable but acceptable. No free water bottles and no free refill water station. It's like saying that you would save the world, but you encourage us to buy water bottle outside that's the same thing, just save your cost.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is the best for this hotel. opposite a mall and running track (recreation area) at the waterfront, loads of local restaurants around.

United KingdomThe only negative Is that the walls separating the rooms are not very soundproofing.
The property is a bit old but what more can you ask for this price. It has all the facilities you need if you are just looking for a no frill place to stay.

CanadaI was in a single occupied room with a partition door, which is not sound proof. It was fine when the neighbor slept at night but his or her regular conversation was loud and disturbing after midnight. One night by 2 am, I woke up by the loud conversation from the neighbour, and it did not seem to go away even after an hour. I called the frontdesk and all single occupied rooms come with a partition door of no sound proof. I was then offered to move to another room with no additional fee and I took it. Since then, I did not encounter any further noise problems. If the partition door can be upgraded with sound proof, I would consider coming back next time.
I really like the location for easy access to MTR and other local food shops.

Hong KongThe lifts are patience-testing at rush hour. Otherwise the hotel is a good, honest, clean 3-star in a busy city.
The location is great, that's real Hong Kong out there. And the MTR is pretty much downstairs. Good local food nearby. A street market. Good coffee and convenient external laundry.

PhilippinesDidn't expect the room to be small. One room's front door doesn't close entirely. Hotel doors should fully close by the door spring alone. Rooms were not sound proof. Food lacked variety. It was the same thing every day.
Near MTR, conveniece stores, and cheap restaurants. It's location is good for budget travelers.

Czech RepublicThe cleanliness was not amazing. It seemed like they cleaned the room properly only after my first night. I was afraid to brush my teeth with water there. The equipment is like from the 70s. The temperature of the aircon cannot be adjusted, althout it appears like that.
The bed was comfy, shower hot and strong, location is good (VERY close to the MTR North Point). The size of the room is OK in Hong Kong standards. Fast check-out possible. Quite quiet and good to sleep in.

United KingdomRoom was very small (about 100 sq ft including shower room). Nowhere comfortable to sit, TV small. Lifts small and busy so sometimes had to wait a few minutes. Wifi sometimes slow or no internet. Small short wardrobe with high rail. We did not try the restaurant because of past reviews. The cost was higher than indicated when booking.
The room was clean and serviced daily, the bed was firm but comfortable, extra pillows provided on request. Kettle and cups supplied, but not tea or coffee. Small fridge but no ice maker. Free wifi. General condition of the hotel was good. Location on a main street but quiet enough. Local shops, serviced launderette and market very convenient, near the waterfront, MTR station and tram stop very close.
