AustraliaOne light switch in the room (bed side light) was faulty. Staff was friendly but service was slightly lacking perhaps due to lack of experience. Executive lounge breakfast was very disappointing, with limited food selection. Staff forgot an order. The food ordered was a fried egg on bacon has brown. The food that came was a fried egg downed in oil and a mashed potato bacon pancake that also went for a swim in the oil tub. Afternoon tea and cocktail session food selection was repetitive. Being an international hotel, it was surprising that an oat milk flat white order sounded like alien juice.
Property facilities are very good. Nice pool, nice restaurants and gym. Room was spacious and clean with an artistic touch. The place was almost plastic free with filtered water fountain in rooms. The bath robes were very comfortable. The room had a bath and small bottle of bath salt was provided. That was very considerate. A printer was provided in the room, except it was quite hard to connect to and we gave up in the end. There were different pillow choices (lavender, buckwheat etc) and house keeping was very diligent with it. Food at the market on second floor was good with great variety and very considerate selection for tourist to try the local delicacies of Hong Kong. Pool view and room view was fabulous.

United KingdomDespite there being a shaving mirror with a light, the light in the bathrooms is a bit dull. Otherwise it was brilliant.
Wow - where to start??? We splashed out on a partial harbour view room, which couldn't have been more harbour view if it tried, photo is from our room 24th floor. The room was excellent, such a comfortable bed, great bathroom with an amazing rain shower, bath with TV (if so inclined) nice complementary shampoos, soaps etc, robes, slippers, tea and a coffee machine, free... yes free mini bar (soft drinks only but still it was free!) a water filter tap in the bathroom so plenty of drinking water. Wonderful and very friendly lady who cleaned our room. We travel a lot and tend to avoid corporate hotels, sometimes this is difficult but Icon was real special, from the check in to departure everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful, very clean with great facilities. Our flight was late in the evening but we could leave our bags and enjoy a few hours wondering the city before using the pool (which comes with an incredible view over the harbour and a bar/restaurant for drinks & nibbles by the poolside!), changing rooms (with steam room) and executive lounge which was very comfortable with TV, free soft drinks, snacks, tea & coffee. Yes, it is a good 10min walk to the MTR and 20-30min walk to the star ferry, but the walk along the harbour is lovely. Plenty on your door step so the walk didn't bother us at all, what it did mean was it wasn't so frantically busy every time you stepped out of your hotel, nice to escape the mayhem a little.

From check in to check out the experience was top notch! Special thank you to Angel, Issac, Karen and Vivien, they took great care of me. It was an early birthday stay and the staff surprised me with balloons and a delicious & beautiful cupcake in my room. The room was very large, clean, and exceptionally comfortable bed. I had a club room so breakfast, minibar and evening drinks were included and the room rate, and the food and drinks and the service was exceptional! Location was also great and they have hospitality suite you can use post check out if you need to freshen up after check out before going to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

United KingdomGame room: We originally booked due to the game room on the website. However, when we turned up, only one pool table was available so we had to queue to play. Restaurant: there was no soft serve ice cream in the restaurant even though there was a machine there.

AustraliaA bit too far away from the subway for me. After doing a lot of walking all day that extra 15 minutes hurts. Also a bit annoying with luggage. I was trying to save money by getting public transport but it wasn’t worth the hassle. I ended up just getting Uber back to the airport. I also don’t like that they put a holding deposit that can take up to a week to be released. Not ideal when you are travelling around and have your credit card limit used up with holding deposits for that long. They should be released straight away. Food was quite expensive in the hotel, I paid about $50AUD for 5 dumplings. They were nice however I was shocked when I realised how much I had spent.
