The pillows, too soft. The bathroom is a bit small for 3 of us. Other than that, it's all good.

We stayed here for 2 nights a few days before Christmas. We stayed at this hotel many times before, it's a unique hotel with good location, good view from the room. Love the breakfast, friendly staff, and attentive. The room is a bit small, for a couple and a 1 yr old baby after putting a cot next to the bed, but manageable. There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool next to the gym, but due to winter cold weather, we did not try it this time. Overall it's a nice hotel, but it's a bit pricy, I guess it's due to closer to Christmas holidays.

I think the only downside could be that there are not a lot of public transport options in the immediate vicinity. We walked a lot and used taxies that were always readily available in front of the hotel so we did not mind at all.

We loved our stay! We booked two double rooms with partial harbor view. At check in they gave us two connecting rooms in that category seeing that we were a family. We really appreciated that. The view was absolutely amazing, the rooms spacious and spotless, the breakfast had many options and was tasty and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved that we had complimentary minibar in the room and small gifts for Christmas were a nice touch. The location is also great, clean and safe area, lots of good food options just a few steps from the hotel. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again when in HK.

There seemed to be a slight damp smell and the presence of a humidifier in the hallway confirmed there must have been an incident.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially in the club lounge Great drinks in the lounge, however a wider, larger variety of food would be nice

The dinner was great but waiters seems short staffed and always had to flag someone down to get. a refill on beverage or other item.

Love the products by Appel in the bathroom. Amazing touch. Birthday decorations were lovly but was intended for my husband no my nine year old daughter.

İ wanted to use The hotels lobby but they said we only get it by rezervation which seemed very strange to me.İ think hotel coustemers should be able to use that area.

We enjoyed a stay in this Hotel. The location was great to explore Kowloon and surroundings. There are many stores, restaurants and shops nearby. We recommend to visit sushibar right across the street:) Room service menu was very good, as well as all dining facilities in the hotel. We enjoyed visiting swimming pool. We recommend a room with a partial harbour view, the view is great if you live on a high floor. The room was big, the bathroom is well organized, there is a water filter and a free minibar in the room. We think that this hotel totally valued its price.

After having been away from this hotel for many years, it was a joy to return to its sumptuous space in our suite, waking up to its magnificent sea view in the mornings, and savouring the vast array of breakfast buffet selections. All the staff were most friendly and accommodating, making this an extra special stay over the Christmas period.

Wow,, can't recommend it enough! Everything is just exceptional! Pool, gym, sauna, breakfast at two different levels, free drinks at the lounge at 28th floor... I haven't been to a better hotel (not considering resorts).

The noise until 10pm for 3 days coming from the room next door where they were banging to fix a problem in the room.

I have dietary requirements and Above and Beyond club lounge staff were very attentive to my needs. The staff in Above and Beyond club lounge were exceptional in service and always willing to help our family whenever required.

Access by public transport is not ideal.

The hotel room has excellent facilities and spacious, very comfortable bed. The gym at the hotel has good range of equipment. Location of the hotel is reasonable. Very good customer service.
