We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe fact that I couldn't change my dates as I had a family emergency and had to leave the hotel early. And booking.com stated I needed to contact the property but the property told me booking.com should have resolve this. So I won't be booking anything on booking.com again.

ThailandJust the bathtub. Showering space would have been better. I don't like to step over the edge of the bathtubs risking slipping. Plus, my son is still small. He had a hard time climbing in and out of the tub.
The view was nice. The room was good, except for the bathtub as I like showers more. Bathtubs are a hazard waiting to happen. But the water pressure was very good. The staffs were very friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are kept very clean. Public area all very clean. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to try the restaurants. Will have to on our next trip.

United KingdomWe have seen the lift closed on a few people as the doors sensor is not reacting. It happened to us too and it took a lot of force to prise the doors open with someone caught between them. This needs to be fixed asap as it's very dangerous. The doors shut on my 66 year-old dad but it could have been my 84 year-old Grandma.
Amazing view, great service, comfortable bed, strong shower and fluffy towels. We loved the pillow menu which allowed us to have a great nights sleep. It's great to have coffee in the room too. We also like the location so close to the Avenue of the Stars.

MongoliaIt was as comfortable as before staying at intercontinental. but there is one thing that makes us very angry. After a night out with friends and having fun, when we came back to the hotel, the taxi charged us much more. We couldn't understand the taxi driver and when we asked for help from the hotel reception staff, instead of helping us, the staff laughed at us saying that you have already drunk, that's why what happening. I have stayed at many intercontinental hotels in other countries before, but I have never seen such an employee, and the employee refused to check in because of us. Due to this incident, we are disappointed with our stay and hope to pay attention to the attitude of our employees in the future.

United KingdomThe breakfast buffet - although big with many Asian dishes was a disappointment. Bacon was precooked and rubbery, each day offered the same basic fresh fruit choices and there was no a la carte menu for fresh cooked items. The coffee also left much to be desired. Given the price, breakfast did not meet expectations.
The Harbour rooms have an excellent view and housekeeping was of a high standard. The location is good for visiting nearby museums and walking to the ferry terminal.
