Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and great value too. Felt like royalty staying there thanks to the fantastic facilities and hospitality of the staff. Would happily stay again when visiting Hong Kong

SingaporeIt seems the building is a bit old and it shows. Poor soundproofing between the rooms. Room interiors are modern and nicely renovated though.
Very efficient and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. Nice view over the bay. Location was good, right next to Tsim Sha Tsui promenade and Whampoa Garden that offers multiple public transportation options.

Fantastic location. So near to the ferry to get across to the Island and also the MTR train station. Great pool. Very comfortable room - well worth paying a little extra to get a view across Victoria Bay towards the Island. Great gym with amazing views. Easy walk along the front to TST.

TurkeyI missed more options for cheese in the breakfast and for me olives were missing. Location was good but had to walk to metro station for almost 10 min each time and tired of it. They insisted not showing me the room before I pay during the check in. I had to fight for it after my long journey. The guy in the front dest from Phillipines was constantly smiling but not helping. And the bed, the middle part of it was lower than the sides and too soft for me. Triggered my lower back pain. The pillows were both down feather and too soft which I would not prefer. Wouldn't prefer carpet in the room which gives me feeling of dirt and dust. The lobby area was freezing cold and had to wear jackets every time even when we pass through.
Breakfast was very good serving too many options for every preference. The lobby is amazingly big and beautiful covered all in marble. Hotel is brand new and clean. The inner architecture is well done and materials of surfaces are of high quality.

Sloveniawe are of family of five and took 2 rooms, they were not combined even worse they would be in 2 different floors...after we upgraded one room we were at least on same floor...for such a level of the hotel you except a bit more planing of how they make reservations of the rooms...

United StatesLocation was slightly inconvenient. There were many food options around but it is difficult to get to Tsim Sha Tsui and other areas, requiring at least one change on the MTR. This is not a major issue however.
The staff was top notch, the best I have experienced in a long time. They were polite and responsive even to difficult requests, and went above and beyond to help with medical issues and other unexpected circumstances. The pool, while small, was gorgeous and the perfect size for small kids. The property itself is beautiful and luxurious and the rooms were spacious and modern.
