We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesI found the refundable deposit of HKD 1,000 inconvenient and unnecessary. The bed mattress was too firm for my preference, and the room was quite small, with the bathroom sink oddly located in the hallway.
Loved the location of the hotel! It’s just a 1-minute walk from the bus station (A21 from the airport) and 2 minutes from Prince Edward metro station. Plus, the direct bus to Macau is only 2 minutes away. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, and the daily cleaning service was great.
