We didn’t like anything. First. Mr. Peter the receptionist was so rude and he asked us to move from one flat to another; charged us with an extra 300 hkd for a private bath. Shouted at us because he was mad. He also asked us to evacuate the room on our third day because of “the broken light to be fixed” although there wasn’t any issues with it. (He lets other people utilize the room while the tenants of the space/room was away.) The room was mediocre and small. The smell of cigarettes was all over the place.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaVery small space, no space between the beds, no place to put things, the beds are about one meter and 60 centimeters long, sometimes they stick out. The owner is very unpleasant, I had paid for 3 nights, he came the next morning and hit me on the head and told me to get up even if I had paid for one more night. There is a huge difference between the pictures on Booking and live, I think that something like this should not be on this platform.

Completely overcrowded, crammed small room for 5 people, mattresses bigger than the couches, no toilet paper, no soap, aircon turned off, room cleaning practically impossible because completely overcrowded. No access to the window. If you think it can't get any worse, go to Lie's hostel dorm.

PhilippinesThe private room is like a garbage. There are bed mites. I got rashes because of some mites. Bed and linens smell bad. It smell like an old stock. Bathroom is unclean. There are some garbages left by the previous visitor. I supposed to stay here for 2 days but I decided to leave it the next morning. See the picture I attached. That is their pillow. I have business meetings the afternoon in Global Sourced Expo but I decided to go to the airport because of this unacceptable experience. I hope Hostelhk will investigate this one. too many bad comments but they are not taking action on it.
Dont book this hostel. The property is horrible. No good comments about this. The owner is super rude. Owner instantly enter my room while I’m sleeping and ask me to let go because you are only allowed to stay 7pm-9am only. I booked for 2 days but they ask me to go out the next day. I requested him to let me stay for 15mins so I can take a bath, he opened the door and get the card key resulted all lights to turn off. I can stay for a few minutes and the owner is asking me for additional 300HKD. I still manage to take a bath for 3mins using flashlight while my main door is open. First time to experience that you need to check out at 9am although my booking is for 2 days. Once you go out at 9am you need to bring your luggage. And of course you dont have any choice but to leave your baggage in the reception and each bag or luggage will cost you 30HKD. Again make your stay in Hong Kong memorable. Dont book this hostel.

IndiaI arrived early morning check-in hoping that may be at extra cost i will get early check-in but person at counter first behave like he is giving me check-in. He asked my passport and took photo of it. Share his list where my name was mentioned then he asked for advance payment, I paid him advance, after that he asked for security deposit for 100HKD. I paid that also but after taking money, he said come at 2:00pm for check-in. I told him that I will be for one day only and I paid for two days he can keep for two days but allow me to check-in, but he start telling you Indians are **** I told him if he want he can charge more but he left counter and leaving me standing there. When I went in evening he gave me bed where anothr person was staying air conditioning was not working and when i asked for room with air conditioning he refused and room was smelling as there was no air circulation. After this i have to book another hotel.

Russiait was a nightmare! I couldn't find this hostel. although it was the third in Hong Kong. on the third floor, I opened the door of a drunk man and followed me to the elevator. on the other floors (4, where there was supposed to be reception) I refused to help and again sent to 3 floors, where all doors were closed and nobody was skyleted except drunk man. I had to look for myself a new accommodation. I ask you to get me the money back!)
