The link to the Asia-Expo Centre is so convenient. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a really wonderful stay for those that want easy access to the Asia-Expo Centre. Very easily accessible from the airport as well.

Hong KongBathroom - Not enough toiletries for 2 persons Yes there's 2 toothbrush, 2 wardrobes, 2 slippers, 2 towels, 2 face towels, 2 hand towels, happy with that. - but missed out with 2 packs of cotton buds - missed out 1 pack of comb instead of 2 pack ( since no 2 people can't share with just 1 comb? ) - no Laundry bag. I believe a 5 star hotel should watch out for this tiny little things. Thank you.

BrazilI booked the private transfer, but it wasn’t worth the cost, as there was no meet-and-greet service at the airport. The free shuttle turned out to be a more convenient option. Additionally, the hot tub was unfortunately out of service, which was disappointing as it looked quite nice. While the staff were friendly and eager to help, there were occasional language barriers with English. Overall, some areas could use improvement.
The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—just a few minutes from the airport, with a complimentary shuttle service that makes transfers hassle-free. It’s also easy to reach popular spots like the Big Buddha, outlet shops, and the subway station, thanks to the free shuttle. The hotel itself is exceptionally comfortable, with friendly and attentive staff, and the breakfast spread offers a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area is outstanding, adding to the overall relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent location at airport with free shuttle bus provided. Staff were all exceptionally helpful. English spoken. Great choice of restaurants or just a coffee bar. Relaxing areas just to sit in. We had 2 double beds and really appreciated them after long flight and little sleep. Tea coffee making facilities. Mini fridge. Clean. Great shower. All excellent and highly recommended.
