The behavior of the staff

The location is rather good, the staff is not that much helpful.

We booked two rooms, and one of the room's air conditioning is not working. We already let the front desk know, and multiple staff went in and to fix it, but it took some time. I think they should also do a general clean-up on every room as there's some point we got itching after seating on the vanity chair. The ceiling has black marks as well. The bathrooms need a thorough cleaning, too.

The location is very good. The process in check-in is smooth. It is in the middle of North Point and Fortress Station of MTR. There is also a bus station and tram station nearby. The room size is very spacious, which is a plus, to be honest.

The room did not look like what they had in their photos. It's the same things and furnishings but the photos on their website are very out dated. The room really smells like cigarettes, took a day to get used to it - as we are non-smokers.

I liked that it was clean and there is daily house keeping. Location is also okay, it was near a mall and a 5min walk to the train station.

Rooftop pool not open till July. Cars not allowed into street for drop off or pick up only taxi can enter. Hotel needs renovation room feels oudated

The hotel environment is stinky 24x7 since it next to the meat market. Room curtains were mouldy. The stuff in the room was rusty and old. The area outside of the room was smocky. The room was much different to the picture on the website. The bathroom is too small.

It's enexpensive if book much prior. The geographical location is good since u get taxi, supermarkets, access very easily. MTR station is not so far.

Hotel room, it was basic, the bathroom was poor, it need important a rebuilding, the corridar was stinky, the breakwast was poor, we can order eggs, bean, sosage..only and a 9.45 was everybody close, but the breakfast time was untill 10oclock, we lose 1 eating. we looked after our pension more.

Pool was closed, no notice about that anywear. We booked the hotel cause of the room top pool. interior was old and used, the carpet dirty and the bath room had mould. No noise cancelleation in the room. No hair dryer. Strange smell in the room.

Not as impressive as the previous stay since the 2019. This time we stayed for 4 nights. The staff did not make up room at all, not even we requested.

The place is run down and need refurbishing. The room is not too clean and cleaning service is only once a week. The wifi is slow (3G)

The hotel location is 4 stops away from HK centre. For HK, the hote is probably the roomiest for the money you pay

Found ants in our room, forced us not to bring any foods into our room. No ventilating fan in the bathroom, I bought air freshener to clean the air. What happen to the microwave?

The location is great, close to all mode of transportations, the tram, bus, subway and ferry. Plenty of restaurants and shopping places. If you like street food, there are plenty closeby.
