Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe place smelt, carpets were dirty, walls were water damaged... It looks like it needs a major refit
Prudential for me was in a great location. Close to MTR station and things I needed to do.

AustraliaThe design of the shower screen needs improving as the water runs out onto the floor each time the shower is used. This is for all the rooms! I know this might cost the hotel alot of money to have an upgrade to do them all at once. You can maybe do half then do the rest after so you're able to continue having travellers stay which will make them feel you're putting in the effort to make the hotel the number 1 choice when they come to Hong Kong again! Price gauging is something you need to change around high season period. We know you want to make more money, but seeing the changes the travellers are doing will only make the matter worst! You may need to change this type of thinking and invite more travellers by lowering or keep the price at an affordable rate even during the high season. This will keep travllers wanting stay at your hotel rather than spending the night at the train station!
The location is good. This is my 4th visit there and I'm feel they need to make some improvements with the beds and pillows they provide. They're overdue for new ones. They should also upgrade the room with more usb adaptors or outlets to keep up with the demand of the devices that travellers have while travelling.

India1. Room size are very small. 2. No charging ports near to bed or in room, there is one at bottom of the bed leg side, but the port was not of Indian standard, So I asked at reception but they don't have additional in spare 3. No value for money, the location was not too good, 4. Lighting jn the room is very poor, I guess the the building needs some renovation. Behind the bed it was to dirty, must be they never cleaned too often. 5. I paid 2090 hong kong daller just for a night so I don't think the amount justify the stay. I would have booked holiday inn instead of prudential, just because i got the refrence from my friend who was leaving in hong kong i booke this. 6. Out of the window there is nothing to see, so I would recommend only if amount is near to 500 to 700 Hong kong daller then only book this hotel. Otherwise your experience will be bad. 7. This hotel's room is worth 500 -700 hong kong daller for a night, this is what I feel.
The bed was comfortable but the pillow was hard, sleeping without pillow was much better for me

AustraliaPillows were way to big and hard and the room and hotel is quite old and needs updating.
Location was great but the room was very large and exceptional value for money. The reception staff were also incredibly helpful as I was traveling into China on the fast train for the first time and unsure of the timing and procedure.

United KingdomThe pool was closed. The shower is in the bathtub, meaning you have to step over to get out and this is dangerous when you have mobility issues and there’s nothing to support you. The laundry price is extortionate - about ten times what you would normally pay elsewhere.
Good location next to Jordan MTR

ChinaUpon checking-in, the machine at the concierge did not accept my card's payment which was very frustrating because my card has always been accepted in HK and for larger amounts too. The guy at the counter on the second day was not understanding or patient with me which ruined the joy of my trip (I stayed till Christmas day). The breakfast I ordered to my room was not great nor to my specifications. No sugar was sent with the coffee, the egg was undercooked and not actually an omelette and the bacon was very oily.
I loved how often the rooms were cleaned and the view from my room was wonderful. The rooftop and skyview rooms are great spots for viewing the city and taking photos. It is part of a mall so you can go to the mall easily for shopping or go down to Jordan metro station for easy travel around Hong Kong.

AustraliaMost things.
We had to check out a few days early due to a family emergency, hotel couldn’t give a stuff and just said no refund to you , you just give us key and go. Wouldn’t stay there again. Staff at front desk rude English very very poor , they didn’t give a toss. Very poor hotel. Could’ve found better at a much better price.

ThailandStaff unlocked and opened your room during night time and without even a knock. Luckily we put the bolt on so the door didn’t fling open. He apologized but we were shocked and terrified.
Good location. Guests can use passage way next to the concierge to access Jordan MTR through the mall. Room is clean, large for HK standard, and has windows that look onto the street. Room make up is once every two day but this was informed since reservation. You can still ask for more tissue paper and rubbish bags. The complementary drinks were also generous.

Hong KongThe staff at the counter was rather stressed and unfriendly. The room was definitely not meeting our expectations in terms of star-hotel. We did not even want to walk barefoot on the floor/carpet due to the dirt. Also, the beds were not comfortable at all. By saying all that, I went to various hotels in Hong Kong before and therefore, I am very well aware of what you can expect or not.
The hotel was next to the metro station, with a direct connection. So we did not need to walk out of the building to get there. The hotel provided complimentary drinks in the room. Netflix was available, too.
