For some reason, the bathroom door impedes access to the toilet when open (you almost need to move into the shower and then close the door).

The room design is very pleasant. The room was clean and had all the amenities you'd expect. This booking also had a significant discount applied which was very nice!

Being on a higher floor meant the room got very warm at night but opening a window meant you heard the noise of the city outside.

Great location, located nearby to two metro stations on the Island Line meant that getting around the city was easy. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient, couldn't ask for anything else!

Shower needed a deep clean (I have high standards- when it comes to bathrooms), but otherwise room was clean.

The location was an easy walk from the MTR. Victoria park is close if you want to stretch your legs. Great Dim sum around the corner, recommended by the receptionist as her favourite.

The rooms could be bigger.

The location was very near the MTR. Very convenient to travel out. The hotel is not hard to find also. And the overall design, cleanliness of the room are superb.

Room was small to me, but a friend who used to live in Hong Kong told me it was a pretty good value and size, all things considered. The hotel staff also rang our doorbell one night at 10pm to bring us slippers even though we didn't request any.

Hotel was in a good location. A short walk to the MTR, lots of food options and stores around. The hotel was also very clean, easy to find, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again, because the staff were so lovely!

I hate the sound of the aircon. I asked them to fixed it, they did, it went smooth for a while then it make annoying rough machine sounds again.

The hotel location is good, several food stalls around and 711 too, 5 minutes walk from tin hau station, they gave us early check in since our flight arrived early. The room is small but clean and the bed also comfy.

The bathroom and toilet and sink were in small space. It was hard to close the door in the bathroom.

My room was quite compact without a full desk, there was a table combined with a window seat. The bathroom was small, you had to step into the shower to open the door. it was small but in good condition. Some people may find the walk from the train station slightly difficult if they have large suit cases.

the bed was comfortable and very quiet - no outside noise from the street or from neighboring rooms. The check-in was quick. The bedroom and bathroom was clean and tidy, the furniture was relatively new too. Nice shower and toilet accessories. Some really nice coffee shops near by. good location for hiking near by.

Noisy neighbours, shouting and children playing. I fail to understand why Chinese like to discuss in a corridor of a hotel floor, thereby completely ignoring respect for other hotel guests.

A bit lower price would be great for the location that need quite a walk from MTR especially with Luggage.

Both Room and Hotel are Well Design, Clean and Quiet. Variety of good Food just around the corner.

Some noise coming from the top floor ceiling. Slightly disturbed sleep. Drainage in one of the bathrooms was slow to clear.

The service was excellent. Staff accommodated our requests to a huge extent. Thank you!

housekeeeping - the bed wasn't redone in 4 nights I was there. Just put back and pillows werent even tided. I think only towels and water are replaced but overall room was still not 'cleaned'.

Great size room, was expecting smaller. Very comfy bed, super quiet and only a few mins walk to Tin Hau station. Lots of little cafes below and access to at 24/7 gym is perfect.
