    Smelly bathroom

    The view from the hotel was good but the bathroom was smelly inspite of being clean. A bad odour & very unpleasant. The breakfast was poor - porridge, 2 sauges & mix blanched vegetable.

    Air is filled with cigarette smokes, chinese people just suddenly knock on your door if you know wifi password or something else so better yet, don't watch tv, if quiet means nobody inside, they won't knock

    my room was never cleaned and only cleaned when I had to call. The pool was advertised in the pictures but we weren’t allowed to use it. even though public pools are available, they should be able to open it if they are going to use it for promoting their place.

    We booked a double room but upon check in got a twin room. The “included breakfast” is just a doggy bag of take out and a knock on the door every morning. There was no room cleaning during our stay. Overall the hotel could use some renovation.

    Location in Sai Ying Pun is great if you want to explore very local areas with great local restaurants. The views from the hotel are amazing, the staff was kind. Overall for the price you pay its good.

    it had a not so clean smell especially on its carpet and corridor..for a very good hotel it could do with a better Odour as the carpet made me not feel so clean..also cleaning was very 0.had requested for my room to be cleaned and they simply came in and dropped off toothbrushes and left my room unclean.

    The room is a bit small. Old decorations and we could hear the pipes all the time.

    We were allowed to overstay our check out when we were being asked to quarantine until the governement relocated us. They where very helpful in the whole situation.

    The room is not clean, especially the carpet and the bed sheet. The air recycling is not good in the room, and it is humid. Some insects are found on the bed.

    The room is very small with barely enough space to move around and only just enough space to open a suitcase (by pushing it under the bed). But this is Hong Kong and you get what you pay for - we paid a very reasonable rate of around £70/night.

    Excellent location close to MTR and easy to walk into town, great harbour view on a high floor, very good value for money, even considering the very small room size.

    Room is good. Small but not too small. We like this location as it is in HK resident area so not touristic at all and most of shops are for locals. Food in this area is not expensive. Fresh market is around the corner which my auntie loves it.

    Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Stay Away! If I could give zero or negative stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Even before we arrived, things were already going wrong. Due to a health issue, we emailed the hotel multiple times requesting a date change. Not a single response for days. They only bothered to reply when we were almost on our way — by then, it was too late and completely pointless. Once we arrived, the nightmare only got worse. The staff were shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. The reception behaved as if we were disturbing them by simply asking questions. Basic courtesy and hospitality were non-existent. The condition of the room was pathetic. Torn towels were handed to us like it was normal. The hairdryer didn’t work. They didn’t even bother to change the bedsheets — we had to sleep on the same dirty bed for our entire stay. Repeated complaints were ignored as if our comfort didn’t matter at all. This place is a complete mess from top to bottom — lazy staff, dirty rooms, terrible service, and zero accountability. Calling it a "hotel" is honestly a joke. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s a waste of money, time, and energy. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — not even for free.

    You have to run across the toilet seat to get out of shower because there is no space whatsoever, and the water from shower flows onto the floor making a pond on the floor. Bed is hard, very little space, small tv, stained pillow case, breakfast was not great, and the room was apparently non smoking, but it stank of smoke

    They were happy to give me extra towels when I needed them to replace the ones that got soaked in the lake the shower unexpectedly made on the floor in 10inch wide space in between bath and toilet

    We booked a room with Mountain View but was given with a city view with some group tours on the day floor, who were extremely noisy in the morning(5am!). The room is damp, dark and small and dirty.

    this is not the 4 star hotel , booking.com need to check and review, booking.com need to take responsible the quality of the hotel. I will not recommend any people booking hotel from booking.com.

    dirty,very very small room difficulty walking in the room, unkind, not friendly, the Facilities old dirty, air condition not working , no warm air , no drinking water, difficulty go in or get out from the bathroom, only two electric plug under the dirty cabinet, carpet dirty and smell.

    The female employee, who appeared to be the manager, was rude. I arrived 20 minutes before the check-in time and waited patiently for her to assist me. However, she looked at me in a dominant way and said, "Check-in at two." Ten minutes later—still before the check-in time—she assisted other guests.

    The view from the swimming pool was wonderful. It was a shame, though, that the pool was closed even though the weather was 30 degrees.
