ThailandTheir lift system is HORRENDOUS, it took me 10 mins each time to get to my room on 35th floor, only a few lifts were working during rush hour and they were stopping literally at each floor; service could also be better, the staff was cold and borderline rude.
Very good location, room is small but clean and in a good condition, very quiet; breakfast is good and a lot of choice; taxi service is good as well.

United KingdomA little dated, a little pricy for the Balcony room and of course it's by the convention centre so not central.
One of my favourite things about this hotel are the Garden Balcony Rooms - when staying in Hong Kong I struggle with Hotels where you can not open the windows / the air-conditioning so this hotel for me is amazing as they offer rooms with Balconies.

GermanyThe normal rooms are very, very small, and have an old and cold feeling. It’s almost echo there, no curtains or carpet. Were really strange. For almost 400€ per night it is absurd. Definitely 3* rooms. The bigger ones are ok, but more expensive, so still doesn’t justify the price. All the rooms, even the halls have an old, moldy smell. I understand it is humid area, but a good ventilation system would solve the problem.
The location and view are just stunning. The breakfast was great. Very varied, also vegetarian and vegan options. And I highly recommend the soups. Staff very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThere wasn't a late checkout available, so it was a case of using the shower facilities next to the Pool. Fortunately, it was later in the evening and the pool had closed so there was room to re-pack before leaving for the Airport. This could be an issue if the facilities were busier, but after a bit of confusion over where exactly the showers were situated, it turned out to be just a minor issue.
Check in was smooth, quick and efficient (it was late in the evening). Room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast selection was comprehensive and the food quality excellent. The hotel is conveniently located for access to the nearby Star Ferry, Exhibition Bus Terminus and MTR Station, all of which were utilised during the stay.

QatarFrom my point of view, the price is pretty high and the room is small. During our stay there was construction work behind the wall, it was very annoying. The swimming pool was closed due to the private event, so I could not swim.
