South AfricaThe bed is very uncomfortable and very hard , i hardly sleep as they have a very hard matress, and you can't get good sleep. They need to invest in comfortable soft sleeping mattresses. I have body pains because of this.
I like the fact that the hotel is very clean. The staff are very helpful even though you need to use a translator to communicate with them all the time.

It was within a peaceful area. Away from the hustle & bustle of the city. Even though hotel was abit out of the way from the city & not near to mtr, hotel provides shuttle service till late at night. So no need to worry abt transportation

CanadaEverything is fine with me, the only thing probably need a little improvement is to put a bottle of face soap in the bathroom. Right now the Hotel only supply a shampoo and body lotion (2in1) next to the shower.
Location because it is near my relative's home. Shuttle service to Tsuen Wan MTR is a credit to this Hotel that can offset the location inconvenience. Looks like the Hotel had undergone some renovation recently, It looks much better compared to my last stay a couple years ago.

AustraliaVery tricky to get to. While they offer a free shuttle, it was airport transfers and arrivals that made it complicated. If you go via airport bus, you need to walk up the highway ramp, pushing your suitcases, or walk up a giant flight of stairs with your suitcases. They also need to get someone to clean up that area, it is strewn with rubbish.

Upgraded to Sea view room was a plus. 2x double bed for family of 3 are essential for us as most hotels only offer 2 single bed or 1 large bed when searching for a room with 2 adults 1 child
