Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Loved the shuttle buses, to Tung Chung and the airport. Loved the location and the shops across the road, really good laundromat next to the shops if you need to wash your clothes. The hotel did offer this service as well. Staff were very helpful and the swimming pool was great

Breakfast was a little bit expensive and the outdoor pool has a system of walking through a water fountain to ensure people shower before getting in the pool which is a great idea in theory but this doesn't really work with phones and electronic devices or even just wanting to have your own clothes with you. Check out took a little bit longer than I would have liked.

We arrived very late in the early morning (around 2am) so were given quite a late check out which was great. The room was beautiful and comfortable with a gorgeous view out across the water where you could see the planes taking off. The bed was amazing in particular. We were very near the elevator which didn't make any difference due to the great sound proofing. The breakfast was lovely. The outdoor pool and gym was also great. Nice, free transfer bus to the airport. Helpful staff.

I didn't see free drinking water, but I also didn't ask if there was any.

The location is near the MTR, just one station from Disney, with a free shuttle. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in early. As a special gesture for my birthday, they upgraded us to a room with an ocean view.

I arrived late and had to check out early to go back to the airport, it was a shame I didn't get to fully enjoy the facilities, no down side on the hotels side.

They provide airport shuttles, the staff were very nice. I arrived very late after having a cancelled flight, so went straight to my room and straight to bed, the beds were very comfortable and there was a pool that I wish I had time to swim in.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is conviently located near the airport as well as the terminal to Macau. The room and hotel was exceptionally clean! Beautiful room. Lots of amenities. The property had a lot to offer. Loved the buffet breakfast, it was delicious with so many custom offerings

The only minor flaw was that the shuttle bus that should be coming to the airport every hour to pick up hotel guests never came at the scheduled time. The hotel does give disclaimers that these buses are bound to be influenced by traffic, and the bus we took the next morning to the MRT station was on time and very comfortable, so I do believe this was just a coincidence. Nevertheless, the whole experience was wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with staff willing to give you the best service possible. Perhaps because I was traveling with my fiancee for our last trip together before getting married, they upgraded our room to one of the suite rooms which made our experience even more unforgettable. (The total experience would have been just as pleasant had the room been not upgraded though.) The breakfast was delicious and we absolutely loved our time staying there.

We loved our stay here. We had a late flight and the staff were super flexible in allowing us to check-in at 5am, and even give us a late check out so we didn't have to rush the next morning. Great restaurant upstairs and pool area too.
