Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable, housekeeping was superb; they even folded my child's jacket and place neatly by the couch, placed my child's soft toy on the pillow, and coiled our phone cables neatly. Short walk to Victoria Harbour.

United StatesThere seems to be an issue between the Hotel and Booking.com. They wouldn't give me Mariott stay points because I had booked through Booking and not with them directly. They also refused to give me a printout of my bill, which I need for work, because the reservation was done from Booking. Finally, they have a very expensive breakfast buffet but no option for a simple a la carte coffee and croissant, which makes for an inconvenient experience. Also the light fixtures in the room are hard to adjust - there's only one large master switch that puts all lights on and a hard-to-access reading light.
The cleaning staff were nice and professional. The location is fantastic.

United KingdomThe room was very small for the price paid. The staff didn't help to reduce the queue when checking in and were unable to help book a taxi to the airport. The gym closed early and didn't open until after 6:30 which doesn't suit people travelling for work. The maximum shower height was chest height so unable to have a proper shower. I had one night here and one night at the Shangri-La and they couldn't have been more different 5* experiences!

United KingdomFelt some of the staff were rude particularly at breakfast and also main reception. I booked with breakfast included but turns out not. I need to investigate but all Sheraton were interested in was me paying the bill. Break down of invoice total confusing as only showing what I have meant of owed rather than total minus the 5000.Hkd deposit I put down. Totally confusing with not much understanding with the staff members. Was asked to come down and clear the bill and when I did the lady said I did not owe anything and zero value. I stayed at Holiday Inn for one night in China and it was streets ahead in every aspect to the Sheraton!
Close by to Harbour and had everything there.

MacaoThe Sky Lounge bar closed so early. It's a joke. They wouldn't even let us in for one drink. There was still time before closing. Also the mall attached to the hotel is closed. The whole property feels dead.
