The Japanese restaurant was very disappointing, my partners chosen dish missed and eventually although only having main course were charged the full menu cost - I should have complained - my fault!!

The hotel is well maintained and all hotel staff are well trained and polite. Location is good as it is located near shopping malls and eateries. The view from the room is also excellent, as I booked the room with harbour view. Definitely value for money and will definitely be back again!

We witnessed a small altercation among concierge staff and a driver before we left the hotel. But it’s all good.

I love the location. Very near of the best areas is Tsim Sha Tsui.

While my stay at the hotel was fantastic overall, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool with its supposed stunning harbor view.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say that the location is absolutely fantastic! The easy access to the MTR train station made exploring the city a breeze. It was so convenient to hop on the train and visit all the places of interest nearby. I was able to explore the city's attractions without any hassle. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to various shopping malls was a huge plus. After a day of sightseeing, I could indulge in some shopping therapy without having to travel far. It really enhanced my overall experience. The room itself was a haven of comfort. Immaculately clean and well-maintained, it provided a cozy retreat after a busy day. The fact that the room was stocked with a generous supply of toiletries was a thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the hotel staff. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. Their recommendations for local eateries and tips for navigating the city were invaluable. All in all, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel. The combination of its unbeatable location, clean and well-equipped rooms, and the warmth of the staff make it a top-notch choice for travelers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the city. I think it's perfect location in the. J. Cha In the century of Hong Kong. And there is K 11 just around. The outside of the hotel Food and beverage is perfect.

The vanity area of the bathroom was small.

The hotel is located in the heart of the shopping district, with many restaurants. It is within walking distance of the harbor, mall, and museum. The room was large and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the view of the harbor from the 17th floor was spectacular. The shower was very nice and there was a full-size bathtub. However, the vanity area was a little cramped. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with many international choices. We enjoyed cocktails in the lounge located on the 17th floor with spectacular views of the harbor all lit up at night. There were USB Ports available. Need to bring electrical adaptors.

The bathroom was not laid out well. Loved the shower and bathtub but the vanity was small not a lot of room to lay out toiletries.

The location is wonderful with shops and restaurants everywhere, within walking distance. Close to the museum and the Harbor. The hotel is upgrading the rooms very modern. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the harbor.
