We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBoth aspects of my stay are particular to my perspective, and may not be the same for other travelers. The steep hill could be a mobility problem for people, but there isn't much that can be done about that, and the hill is mentioned in the hotel information. As I was leaving for the airport, Typhoon 8 was raised and I needed to catch my flight. I was disappointed that more was not done to help me secure a vehicle. Luckily, two other travelers shared their taxi with me, after the front desk manager found one for them. They conversed in Cantonese, but the fellow travelers also spoke English to me. The stressful situation could have been improved by the front desk manager.
Great location for ease of getting to the MTR, or to Star Ferry and the waterfront, or anywhere else! It took a while to get used to walking up and down the fairly steep hill. The room was well suited to my needs, as I was working from my room to teach my students online every morning before enjoying the days I had in HK. The wonderful cleaning crew replenished supplies and cleaned my room well, and it was lovely to come back to a clean room.

MalaysiaMy room has 2 small beds which I was not expected. The style of hotel is quite old, so I saw many ppl confused with how to use hotel key cards at the elevator.
Location is really good. Room was cozy and quiet even though, the location of this hotel area is nearby a lot of bars.
