appreciate the staff who helping us check in, forgot his name, maybe Felia or Felix😂, a guy with glasses. As we checked in at around 3pm, so the room is nor available. But he tried his best to arrange is a king size bed room. Really appreciate hskp sfaff as well. Definitely will come back!!

Good soundproof Comfy bed Good location We sit on the sofa waiting for deposit refund while the staff were checking the room. The lady at the reception walked to us to refund the deposit after the room was checked clear. We would like to give a credit to that lady but we didn’t note her name. We checked out at around 12:00 nn on 11 May 2022.

The lighting system as there was a green flashing light that wouldn't turn off. The telephone didn't work. A strange smell in the room.

If I HAVE to say anything, I’d say I didn’t like how so few TV channels there were.

It was very clean and modern! I loved how comfortable I felt staying there. The room was small but it was still spacious enough without feeling cramped.

Restaurant isn’t amazing - the food 10 mins walking from the hotel is better and cheaper.

Great location close to Wai Chan and Causeway Bay, lots of local shops and restaurants nearby. Tram stop just down the street too which makes it super easy to get around HK island. Nice rooftop bar and very comfortable room, quite large for HK. Good shower and products in the bathroom.

Everything. From rude/most unprofessional staff to how unclean this hotel is and even the location isn’t that amazing as a lot of reviews say. There are much better places to stay at. First day we arrived, our bathroom was not clean and the toilet had traces of poop from previous guests!!!!!! When we informed the receptionist, she said show me a picture! And then she said it’s the fault of the housekeepers (as if housekeeping was not part of the hotel!). Then we were told that we have to wait until next day because it’s late to change rooms (just like that keep your guests in a disgusting bathroom until next day cause we are robots and that’s how we operate). The next day they dealt with the whole situation like it’s nothing. I have never ever seen a hotel that takes these things this lightly. And I travel all around the world! This is beside how incapable of communication anyone in this hotel is. So rude, so unprofessional and one of my worst hotel experiences. (I would post the pictures but I wouldn’t do that to people). For people reading this review, just please don’t be impressed by the attractive price and don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. This isn’t a good hotel.
