From our first day at the hotel we could see that it was a quality hotel. Their comfortable facilities as well as the excellent service they provided us have been excellent. A separate point deserves the willingness you had to constantly help us with what we required. Thanks to you, our stay in this city has been safe, comforting and unforgettable. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to recognise my birthday and our anniversary with balloons and delicious cheese cake gifts in the room. The hotel is in a great location and is incredible value for money for Hong Kong.

The room is a bit on the small side although it has pretty much everything you'd need. The actual WC was a tight fit for me as 6'1'' (187cm) male.

It is extremely modern and clean and very accessible to public transport and eateries.

Wifi kept logging you out which was seriously annoying! Some more amenities in the room would have been nice. Some more outdoor space also.

Breakfast is great. The sitting room is really pretty and staff downstairs by the lobby very helpful.

Not enough clothes hanger, should fill up the fridge . Neighbouring views r not so impressive .

The bed was a little harder than I would have liked, but others may like it if they prefer a firm bed. The in-room dining (room service) options for breakfast and all day dining were limited, which was a little disappointing. We ended up not ordering any room service and ordered some food to be delivered from outside instead. The hotel is located in a slightly inconvenient location if you are a tourist, but if you are local to Hong Kong and looking for a nice staycation where you spend most of your time at the hotel, this would be a great option.

The Hari is a beautiful hotel and rooms were lovely. I stayed at the Hari with my husband as part of a wedding party before a wedding and the Hari's customer service was great. Ms Mavis To helped us coordinate the entire bridal party's room bookings to make sure we were all booked on the same floor and called me beforehand to check which room the bride and groom were staying in to arrange some surprise amenities for them - it was a very lovely thought (thank you Mavis!). The pillows and comforter were plush and fluffy, and you could Airplay Netflix/Disney+/HBO from your phone onto the TV. One of my favourite things was how great the water pressure was in the shower! Both my husband and I commented on it.

So the only thing is breakfast ( but i read comments before about it and decided to try it anyway). Breakfast is very small. So if you are a big guy or you like to eat proper breakfast change hotel to something else. Only one plate included in breakfast price and 8 selections in menu. Every one is like 2 eggs max. Veeeeery small. You have to pay for additional eggs or if you want something else. So breakfast is the only thing. I agree with previous comments about it. Unbelievably small portion. One type of bread... every day and i'd say it's not always super fresh ? Or it's just this type of bread..

So actually everything was fine. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Very clean. Very nice design. Very nice team. but... breakfast

Nothing to dislike

Very high quality decor, fixtures, and fittings throughout. Smallish room made up for by excellent bathroom design and comfortable bed. Delightful public areas with small but excellent Italian restaurant and Japanese one which I did not try. Nice outdoor terrace bar.

Stylish hotel with great attention to detail. The rooms are cleverly designed, with warm and tasteful material (a beautiful mix of metal and wood), pure lines, warm and sleek tones, sober and sophisticated style. The beds are very comfortable, the sheets, pillows, duvets and towels quality are excellent. The staff was extremely professional, kind and helpful. It really felt like being in a trendy Manhattan high end boutique hotel. I highly recommend!

If there is 1 thing to say, the breakfast is a little chaotic in my opinion. many people needed to eat in the lounge of the hotel. Maybe it's not always like this. The hotel was fully booked because there was a lighting fair in Hong Kong. All people went on the same time to breakfast wat created a little chaos amoung the buffet and the people of the hotel.

First contact with the people at the entrance was very pleasant. They are very friendly and helpfull. Check-in was fast and we could go earlier in our room. This was nice because we had a long trip to Hong Kong. Our room was perfect size and very clean. The hotel design was great, the bar and restaurant was great.
