We look forward to having more options of cake sets / snacks in the cafe. However, the cafe area is hygienic and spacious.

The professional staff at the front desk provided a matrix of details for me to choose the actual needs, I was impressed by the overall check in experience for getting the promotion upgrade to the decent room styles and late check out offers to fit my flight schedule.

The plug in our shower was broken and the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't great. Very steamy.

Staff were incredibly friendly and really helpful with all recommendations we asked for. The gym had great facilities and the roof top bar was incredible. The room was comfortable and with a nice view. Located just a short walk from the train station so was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. I well definitely come back.

Location was great. Opposite Victoria park and next to causeway bay shopping district. 24 HR supermarket right below and alot of eateries around. 2 minute walk to MTR.

The front desk lady at check in counter is not friendly; explaining quite impolitely that my invoice cannot be printed as it's booked through booking.com. Then I met the same lady at night asking abt the access to rooftop, the tone she answered was quite rude too.

I was lucky to have th new refurbished room. The housekeeper notice my toothpaste and facial cotton is running out and left the toothbrush set and some facial cotton for me. Very commendable. Thank you to housekeeper!

My room smells of cigarette smoke. The maintenance/housekeeping opened the window to circulate the air but it did not help. The carpet should be replaced.

Location is perfect. It's a short walk to the MTR station, there's a supermarket beside the hotel, Donki is right around the corner, a few minutes walk to Times Square and other go-to places in Causeway Bay.

A coffee machine in the room would be a nice addition, considering the room price. Check in took a bit longer than it should, in spite of the fact that we did pre-registration and pre-paid security deposit.

Excellent location, spacious (by HK standards) room, comfortable beds, nice 24h gym with sauna and roof top bar. Staff is also friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient - shopping, park, restaurants, 24h grocery, waterfront - everything is easily walkable. Hotel is very stylish. Room was cleaned properly on daily basis, mineral water was also replenished daily. WiFi worked fine. Great view from the room, even better from the roof top.

The bar at the 27th floor is bit noise. Since it is open to public and it is understandable.

We stayed at the 25th floor facing the Victory park and have a partial harbor view. So it gives an open space feeling. The room is clean and we do like the new setting that there is a glass wall to separate the toilet from the shower. A bit privacy and not seeing the toilet when off the shower. The biz lounge breakfast is great and enjoy it. Do want to give a A plus to the staff. Very professional, and able to engage a small talk to feel the warm and welcome. This hospitality is across the hotel from check-in, service, and check-out.

It needed to be more clear about the price charged for the rooms and no discount offer for in-guest in the coffee shop downstairs.

Excellent service on Conerige and the transportation arrangement, got help from the staff to get a taxi at the premise with peace of mind.

The bathroom always has problems everything I stayed even this time I chose the new renovated room and paid extra for it. The shower room was flooded. A few years ago I stayed the toilet didn't go down.

Actually, we have stayed in the hotel for 30 days on a monthly rental basis from end Feb. to end March. Then we returned again for another 4 days in April. The room given to us during the monthly stay was really dated and upgrading is necessary. But we were given a very good deal so it’s value for money. no complaints.

Located in Causeway Bay. Very convenient.
