checkin takes 90 minutes. 2 staff mainly handles the guest checkin. 2 staff handles checkin and checkout at the same time. 5 staff standing at the ground floor lobby for floor control only. What a pity for this poor management. I will not come back.

Suggest the hotel provide recycle bins on every floor so we can manage those plastic bottles, paper shoe boxes and other materials easily. Not enough towel hangers/ hooks in the toilet

A faster check in. Too many people checking in at the same time. May we suggest having someone meeting and greeting guest and asking them to have their paperwork or booking info ready. This would speed up the process when guest get to the counter,

A lovely hotel close to everything. Counter staff, restaurant staff and door men very polite and friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom clean with plenty of accessories.

This was the 8th hotel we stayed in in two weeks and by far the most expensive but was probably the worst. Facilities are old and tired looking, room was ok but there was no water or clear explanation of how to use the filter in the room. Shower over the bath and toilet was so close the the tub. Breakfast wasn't worth the extra money.

- Didn’t get the room I paid for - My body shower gel was not refilled even though my room was cleaned - pillows are very uncomfortable

It's been a few years since I've been back in Hong Kong. I decided to book the Park Lane hotel for its location in Causeway Bay as part of a short food trip with friends. This was the first time I've stayed here - and I loved it! The hotel was modern, welcoming and just a street away from shops, restaurants and the malls around Causeway Bay. Room - Booked a family room which was honestly big enough for 4-6 people since there was an extra sofa bed we ended up not using. The bathroom had a tub with telescopic shower, free toiletry amenities, and a good amount of counter space to put our skincare products on. Beds were very comfortable and had charging ports beside them. Impt- bring a plug converter or borrow from the concierge if your plugs are US type. Location - One street away from trendy bars and boutique shopping. I felt safe to get drinks even late into the night and walk back to the hotel. Ikea and Decathlon sports store are both in the same building as the hotel, while Wellcome supermarket is right beside the hotel for any drinks/fruits/necessities. There's also a 4 floor Don Quijote store if you go around the block for souvenir shopping and quick bento options. Access - MTR station was a minute walk on the same street.

The breakfast was not great. It was decent but definitely not up to a 5-star standard, be it the selection choices, quality, or even cleanliness. The bathroom in the room was just ok.

The location of the hotel was great, nearby Causeway bay and Time square. Other than that, I don't really see any benefit of staying in this hotel.
