We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SingaporeThe rooms are quite dated and does not have the quirky interior and vibes that Pullman hotels are known for. Bathroom was so so, pillows were really soft that your head gets depressed downwards and quite annoying. Not a comfortable sleep to be honest. Got a harbour view room but hardly a view as its towards the park and only partial of the harbour.
Location was excellent and many amenities around. You got Winsor shopping opposite that has Marks & Spencer and Muji and many kids stuff. There's also a 24h Welcome supermarket. Walking distance to Sogo and Times Square. Housekeeping staff were nice though. That's the only plus point

This hotel was conveniently located close to the family we were visiting. Staff was friendly and came in to clean every day. Recommend a visit to the rooftop bar in the evening for a great view of the city.

AustraliaThe staff at check in - didn't give us the room we booked for and told us it was a misunderstanding and said all guests couldn't choose room configurations during booking. I showed her the options were still being advertised as we spoke to which she replied it was a mistake with their marketing team! Mistake or not, I've already paid the booking in full, it's a done deal. She said what we booked for had ran out and when I kept pressing for it, she said there was one last one! If she was telling the truth then it's bad management to sell the room we've already paid for months in advance and randomly allocated another room for us. If she wasn't then it's very unprofessional and bad tactic to try to keep a room that they might be able to sell for more. Just a very bad first impression for a nice hotel.

United KingdomStayed twice at beginning and end of larger holiday. On both occasions we booked a park or harbour review. On return visit we were told that we were upgraded but we were very disappointed to find that we had neither a park or harbour view. Instead we looked out onto the back of some unattractive buildings. On challenging this, we were told the upgrade was for better furnishings! We did not travel from the other side of the world to look at the hotel’s furnishings. In addition, on our return visit there were no bottles of water in the room and one of the dressing gowns, although spotlessly clean, had numerous holes in the sleeve. Overall it did feel like a five star hotel.
