MalaysiaThere was a queue for checking out and there was only one staff servicing at the check out counters. On the other hand, there were three other staff clustered around the check in counter chatting away with no guests checking in as the time was around 9 am. The person queuing in front of me indicated to the one check out staff that she is in a hurry and only then did the said staff called out to the three others for help. Then only did the idle staff moved into action. When I was serviced by one of the idle staff, she showed annoyance that she was called into action. Totally disinterested in what she was doing and I would have been very happy if I were serviced by a machine. Really looking forward to easy self service check in and out (like in the supermarket self service check out counters or airlines self service check in) to avoid all these unhappy disinterested service staff. The hotel will be far better off in all aspects, including cost wise, if they were to start and encourage the use of self service check in/out counters with rebates (credits to guests' account or discounts upon checking out) if guests were to use the self service option.

ChinaThis hotel charges indiscriminately, we pay attention to ⚠️ when staying in the hotel, many customers may accidentally use the hotel room charge service, and then by the hotel rude income customers high fees. I used the hotel landline to call, charge me 4800HKD, but the room did not have any charge tips, I seriously looked for, did not find in the room to call the price list of charges, and finally after my Hong Kong friend's negotiation, charged me 3000HKD, so expensive phone bill, enough to buy a cell phone.

Singaporecheck in could have been done better. was at the hotel between 10-11am understand that the room wasn’t ready but did the paper work first. when out and came back at 2pm but out of the 2 room, 1 wasn’t ready but the staff told us it would be ready before 3pm. so we disrupt our original plan and came back at 3pm to check in the remaining room. but it wasn’t ready again so we decided to come back at night to get the last room. asked for 2 complimentary breakfast for our parents so that they could enjoyed the breakfast next day but was told that we were upgraded from city view to park view so couldn’t get complimentary breakfast for our parents. by the time we came back at night seriously wat view was there?
I like the location was near to the train station and the bed is comfortable. staff was attentive.

United Kingdomcleanliness - walls of room and in particular bathroom had not been properly cleaned at all we stayed 4 nights and were located right next to the lift shaft - with 2 children it was far too noisy - we asked for a room change and were given a much smaller room which hadn't been updated - it had a bath with a shower curtain! We stayed in the first room but suffered 4 nights of sleepless nights - we were not impressed and the hotel staff didn't even try to move us around despite our complaints. Vegetarian options at breakfast are few and far between - extremely expensive considering how little we could eat.

PhilippinesI wish they would improve on the room. It was not that clean. I saw strands of hair on both our beds. We were booked in a family room. The ceiling of the toilet was tearing off. The toilet lack hooks to hang towels. We were a family of three so we needed more hooks for the towels but the entire toilet only had one. And the worst part of the room were the beds and the linen on them. The bed sheet and duvet had holes on them. I didn't expect it on a Pullman hotel chain. It was really disappointing. The bed / mattress was really old and lumpy. It was very very uncomfortable to sleep in. Please buy new mattresses. In total, for the amount we paid, i think we could have gotten a better room somewhere else.
Location. Location. Location. This is for me the only thing going for this hotel. The location is excellent. Near a subway station (Exit E). Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The place is alive even in the evenings.
