We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location was great! My family enjoyed the view of the city center, and it was near all the shops and public transport. Super convenient to go around.

Thailand- no hair dryer in the room, need to ask / get from reception (shared with other rooms) - long q for elevator, but luckily it is 4/5th floor then we can use stair. Many hotel brand in this building but most of them located in higher floor

I like that the hotel rate are very reasonable and are all inclusive (no hidden charges) except for the 100$ deposit to get the key card which is refundable in full amount after you checkout. The location are very accessible to almost tourist spots, market and mall (Victoria harbor, Avenue of the star, museum of art, 2mins ferry boat to hongkong island, etc). Very near to MRT. (Taxi fare was 278$ including baggage fees that took us into less than 30mins ride. We are family of 5 (3 adults and 2 toddlers). The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room are small yet very clean and tidy with bath towels and sleepers. Location of the hotel is near the entrance of chungking mansion and on the next floor (4to5floor). All in all, it was worth it for a budgeted layover travel.
