Lovely property right on the beach. Adequate shade and ample chairs. Restaurant and bar were great. Staff were so genuinely kind and helpful!

We really loved everything, but for the nightly rate we would’ve expected breakfast to be included. Daily cleaning could’ve been a bit more consistent. One tip: you should have your food and drink menus displayed at beach entry. Many people walked by, obviously curious but reluctant to go in and look at a menu.

Loved it all! Perhaps larger beach towels or more comfortable beach chairs.

Quaint boutique hotel right on the beach. Staff was amazing and so helpful with everything from transportation to activities to drinks on the beach and the food was amazing!!

The weather was not that good but it wasn’t Arca fault ☺️

I lived in Phuket Thailand for over 4 years and Arca has the same vibe and style as many other hotels and places in Phuket so for me Arca is simply the most beautiful place to visit in Roatán so far!

I had the deluxe room and it felt a little dark and the view to the water wasn't great.

The location is good. It is right in the middle of West Bay. I liked the location of the bar and the smallness of the resort. You did not need to walk far from your room to the beach.

From the first moment we arrived on site, staff went above and beyond with service. Loved the cold towels and welcome drink for the greeting. You can walk the whole property without shoes, my favorite, and there are water buckets in front of every porch to rinse your feel before you head back to your room. Incredible breakfast and bar, great views and relaxing environment. It’s all in the details and you guys are nailing it — will be back!

Nothing- everything was amazing!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the property! It’s truly a standout, not just on the beach, but on all of Roatan. The vibe and aesthetic are nothing short of amazing. Located on the best stretch of beach, the staff are incredibly friendly and provided us with exceptional service. The food and drinks were awesome. I loved the steak and my wife ordered the Arca salad twice and the breakfast is also great. Our junior suite was perfect. The manager showed us the luxury suites, which we’ll be booking next time to compare our experiences. We hadn’t planned to stay an extra night on the island, but Arca turned out to be the highlight of our trip. All in all an awesome boutique hotel that you shouldn’t miss out on! We will be back!

What a beautiful property! A stunning oasis right on the beach!!! Our room was chic, clean, and comfortable. However, I can’t express how friendly and kind the staff is! Drinks are excellent, food spectacular. 10/10 - must stay here for your west bay vacation!!!

Needs hooks or a small dresser in the room to store clothing. There was only one luggage rack and we lived out of our suitcases.

Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Very friendly staff! Shout out to Josselyn, Tevin, and Tirone Quiet and relaxing vibe. Nice outdoor shower.

No problems, staff will go out of their way to help and the facilities are practically brand new.

Walk barefoot in the sand from your room to the beach! Friendly staff, hats off to Rodrigo and the excellent food. Our first time in Roatan, it is a great mix of friendly locales, interesting history and amazing water.

Access from road goes down very narrow street and alley. Congested at times. Menu was limited due to new kitchen still under construction. Gave an 8 rating instead of 9 due to new kitchen not running yet and limited food options.

Very lovely accommodations with direct access to the beach. Breakfast was included with room rate. Liked the water pans to dip feet in prior to going up stairs to room and foot and body shower right at pool access from beach. The trees around the property gave it a tropical environment and the property was very clean and maintained. Nice beach bar with basic menu.
