We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilThere was a problem with the shower that had no water (probably because it was a new construction, the plumbing had an air vacuum), the host tried to solve it but due to the night time the plumber was unable to attend. So the host provided a bucket of water so I could take a shower until the shower issue was resolved. I hope everything is working out perfectly for the next guests, it's a perfect apartment in a great location, and the host is a good natured person. Hubo un problema con la ducha que no tenía agua (probablemente porque era una construcción nueva, la plomería tenía vacío de aire), el anfitrión intentó solucionarlo pero debido al horario nocturno el plomero no pudo asistir. Entonces el anfitrión me proporcionó un balde de agua para que pudiera ducharme hasta que se resolviera el problema de la ducha. Espero que todo esté funcionando perfectamente para los próximos huéspedes, es un apartamento perfecto en una excelente ubicación y el anfitrión es una persona de buen carácter.
It is a recently finished construction, new utensils, water and coffee available in the apartment, and the very helpful host helped me with valuable information about the city of Comayaga.
