The breakfast was ok. They only scramble the eggs. A different occupant asked for they’re eggs friend instead of scrambled and they said NO.. the orange juice was like water and we wanted milk for our coffee and we couldnt have any because the man that handles the lattes is were they store the milk a it was locked because it was his day off..

It was peaceful, clean, and the creek was sothing. The staff very attentive and polite. Room was very comfortable and good size

No hot water in the shower. Service at breakfast was slow. By the time I was given a knife my toast was cold. The curtains didn't cover the windows.

The water was not warm even if you waited long. The staff did not speak any different language than Spanish..

The inner terrace is amazing, full of flowers. We have seen so many fantastic birds sitting there. The river sound was relaxing. The rooms are very big. There are both fan and air-conditioning. Beds are comfortable. The hotel helped me hire a tuk-tuk for the day and a private transfer to Coban. They have a small coffee shop with cakes and other very nice swits. I recommend staying in this hotel. I will return.

It wasn’t a problem, but we were asked to pay in cash shortly before we arrived. We were not expecting to need that much cash, but we were able to pay for our stay. We were able to find a convenient atm so we had cash for other activities.

Toilet did not work at the beginning but it got repaired directly after showing it. Not too much help on finding my way away from the town but great help on coming to there.

Room, bathroom and bed, all great. Super breakfast view and small but tasty breakfast - which gets you a good start in the day. It's locared really close to the main square and a nice pkace to ear is Via Via, also not too far away :-)

Right next to a creek so expect lots of mosquitoes. The rooms could do better in terms of facilities. Some have closet some don't. Some bathroom have issue with the faucet.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. There is a coffee shop in the hotel and within their brand they have their own coffee beans. Very relaxed atmosphere, hammocks and seating areas throughout the place. The indoor garden suits the name and provides a nice vibe. Awesome colonial style Copan residence.

No wifi in the room, only transparant curtains so that people could see through from the public spaces into the room when the lights on (affecting my privacy), I reported it but it was not fixed. Shampoo for the second night too would have been nice.

Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable breakfast, nice outside sitting areas, aircon well working. Great and affordable laundry service. Café attached to the hotel. Excellent (quiet) location.

There was a bit of a weird smell in the room, water pressure was a bit rubbish but could still have a decent shower, breakfast was a little small/basic, & the room was a little tired. But to be honest, the positives outweigh the negatives & we would definitely stay there again if we were to go back to the area!

Great location in a quieter part of the town yet still only a couple of minutes walk to the hustle & bustle. The hammocks & seating areas are the best place to relax just listening to the river - great to come back to after a day of exploring, we felt really at ease there. Staff were very friendly, comfortable room, great coffee! Spoilt for choice with both a ceiling fan & air con! Would recommend to anyone going to the area

No secured parking for our motorcycles. Breakfast was very small.

Large room. Cold A/C. Hot shower. Beautiful Atmosphere with the river right there. Off the main road, so noise was minimal. Overall, for the price, I would stay there again if I had the chance.

The location was splendid, by a river and overlooking a field. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts were exceptional.

The bathroom was very small and the breakfast was okay--not great but edible.

The location was wonderful with parking right out front. we could easily walk to restaurants and bars and see the town. Our room was nice .

The toilet would fill up and not always flush all the way. There were a lot of mosquitos, probably because it’s so close to the river.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a full breakfast. The rustic feel of the patio was wonderful and the furniture as well. All staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.
