The breakfast was ok. They only scramble the eggs. A different occupant asked for they’re eggs friend instead of scrambled and they said NO.. the orange juice was like water and we wanted milk for our coffee and we couldnt have any because the man that handles the lattes is were they store the milk a it was locked because it was his day off..

It was peaceful, clean, and the creek was sothing. The staff very attentive and polite. Room was very comfortable and good size

No hot water in the shower. Service at breakfast was slow. By the time I was given a knife my toast was cold. The curtains didn't cover the windows.

The closet didn’t have hanging capability and with that no hangers. Water pressure later in the evening/ nights seems to reduce

Clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the fact each room in the upper floor had a hammock and didn’t need to share. Bathroom had very good quality toilet paper. The linens smelled absolutely amazing. Proximity to restaurants and bars was really good

The water was not warm even if you waited long. The staff did not speak any different language than Spanish..

The inner terrace is amazing, full of flowers. We have seen so many fantastic birds sitting there. The river sound was relaxing. The rooms are very big. There are both fan and air-conditioning. Beds are comfortable. The hotel helped me hire a tuk-tuk for the day and a private transfer to Coban. They have a small coffee shop with cakes and other very nice swits. I recommend staying in this hotel. I will return.

My room was near the cafe. On Sunday morning was a bit loud with patrons walking by the room and eating breakfast outside the door. Monday morning was not crowded, so no problems. Would suggest a room farther away from the cafe.

Location was perfect, just around the corner from the main square. Basic room with good air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Breakfast and internet were good. Despite a bit of a language barrier, staff were all friendly. Lucky to get street parking right outside the front door. Really nice view of the stream and flowers while eating breakfast.

It is a great place to hang out for a couple of days while visiting the ruins. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Judy was incredibly helpful with everything I needed.

Nothing. Absolute gem!

Quiet sanctuary that made you feel like you were at one with nature. The river running behind the hotel made such a lovely ambiance to swing and relax in the patio hammocks. They accommodated us with quick and inexpensive laundry service. The breakfast there was delicious, with an on-site cafe. We also enjoyed a massage on site. Highly recommend! We booked another night and changed plans just to enjoy for one more night there! The small town itself has delicious restaurants and is a one minute walk to the main square.

It wasn’t a problem, but we were asked to pay in cash shortly before we arrived. We were not expecting to need that much cash, but we were able to pay for our stay. We were able to find a convenient atm so we had cash for other activities.

This is Central America and hot water is not always available and even when it is, as it was in the shower here, pressure varies during the day due to a number of factors. This did not affect our enjoyment of our stay at all. In fact it was almost a bonus when we had hit water with some pressure!

We loved it and stayed an extra day. We had a lovely room on the upper floor and it was a real treat to have breakfast on the terrace to the sound of the birds just outside our room. The place even has a coffee shop which was great for our afternoon tea. Everything in the room worked and there was parking available next to the hotel with a locked fence. It might not have been the ultimate in security but Copan doesn't seem to be a high crime risk and getting the motorcycle off the street is really all that matters. We would return here without hesitation.
